As an important energy source,natural gas has an important impact on people's life and national stability.The safety,stability and normal operation of long-distance gas pipeline are related to China's public security because of the important position in pipeline transportation of the gas.Therefore,it is of great significance for reducing the accidents of gas pipeline,to deeply analyze the operation status and the potential safety hazards of the long-distance natural gas pipeline in China.The long-distance natural gas pipeline is taken as the research object,and the actual problems with risk factors in the process of safety supervision are investigated on the spot,and the problems existing in the safety assessment system of the long-distance natural gas pipeline in Qingyang area are explored by using AHP.This paper evaluates the potential safety hazard of long-distance pipeline from four first level indicators,which include safety production level,potential hazard control,potential hazard identification and emergency response.And then the proportion of each factors in the assessment system of the potential risk are analyzed using the 18 sub level indicators.According to the analysis results,the potential risks that should be focused on in the transportation process are obtained,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.Considering the theories of system safety,safety economic law and etc,the deep problems of gas pipeline supervision are analyzed.It is found that the weights of four first level indicators are 0.297,0.140,0.216 and 0.147 respectively,among which the potential hazard identification has the greatest influence,which is more consistent with the actual situation.The most important one in the factors of safety production is the management according to law.In the factors of potential hazard identification,the most important one is defect identification.In the factors of potential hazard control,the most important one is accident handling.And in the factors of emergency response,the most important one is the command and rescue of the accident scene.From the analysis results,one of the effective measures to improve risk management and control is to develop intelligent pipeline system.This paper briefly introduces a "smart pipeline" system in Qingyang area,and provides a reference direction for the development of natural gas transmission in future.
