Nowadays,people have been studying and working longer and longer,and "sitting" has become the normal life.Different seating affects people's posture.The kneeling chair can keep people upright,which can effectively improve the health problems caused by "long sitting." But people often don't choose to buy it because they worry that the kneeling position is not comfortable enough.Based on this background,this article carried out research on the impact of different learning postures on comfort and design of seat products.The main content and research results are as follows:1.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign comfort research status and evaluation indicators,pupil size data was selected as the objective evaluation criteria for the comfort evaluation of the target population,and the subjective comfort of the target population was evaluated through a questionnaire survey.Eye tracking was used to measure pupil size data in the sitting and kneeling positions.The experimental data were subjected to fast Fourier transform by MATLAB software,and the pupil size oscillation amplitudes of the subjects under different postures were compared and analyzed.At the same time,the experimental data was analyzed by SPSS data analysis software for the significance of the pupil size data of T test.Based on the analysis results of objective comfort evaluation and subjective comfort evaluation,it is concluded that the overall comfort of kneeling position is higher than that of sitting position in the scenes of study and work.2.Through in-depth user interviews,conduct a qualitative analysis of the user needs of the kneeling chair.The content of the interview was first developed based on the purpose of the interview,and then the interviewees were recruited for in-depth interviews.The results of the comprehensive interview were summarized,and the user needs of the kneeling chair by the target group were obtained.Through the mapping of requirements to functions,the functional requirements of the kneeling chair by the target crowd were obtained.According to the functional requirements of the kneeling chair,a Kano questionnaire was designed,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on 30 target subjects.The questionnaire was analyzed and summarized to obtain user survey data.The functional attributes of the products were classified with reference to the Kano evaluation form,and the functional requirements of the kneeling chair in the attributes of charm,expectations,and essential attributes were obtained.3.The experimental study of the charm attribute function of the kneeling chair,that is,the adjustable angle between the sitting board and the kneeling board is further studied,and an experimental prototype that can adjust the angle between the kneeling board and the sitting board is made..Eye tracking was used to obtain the pupil size data of the subjects under the conditions of 25 °,35 °,and 45 ° between the sitting and kneeling boards.The SPSS data analysis software was used to statistically analyze the experimental data,and the comfort was compared according to the P value.It was concluded that the comfort was higher when the angle between the kneeling board and the sitting board was 25 °.According to the experimental results,combined with the expected attributes and necessary attributes of kneeling posture chair,the product conceptual design was carried out.Based on the ergonomic principles,the main size parameters were calculated and designed according to the functional requirements that the kneeling chair should meet.According to the product conceptual design and size parameters,the solid modeling and effect design of the kneeling posture chair were carried out.Considering the lightweight design of the kneeling chair,aluminum alloy was selected as the structural material of the kneeling chair.In order to verify the safety of the design,ANSYS software was used to perform a finite element analysis of the three-dimensional model of the kneeling chair.
