Research On Influencing Factors Of Offshore Oil And Gas EPC Project Schedule

According to OPEC's 2018 forecast,oil and gas will still play a key role in the world energy-resource structure for at least the coming 20 years.Onshore oil and gas exploration has gradually entered the declining period,but offshore oil and gas,less than 30% reserves has been proven,is developing rapidly in recent years.In the future,with the increasing demand for oil and gas and the sustainable development of oil and gas exploration technology,the offshore oil and gas development engineering industry will also develop rapidly.However,in the international market competition,there still is a certain gap in the offshore oil and gas EPC contracting capacity for China to cover.Facing to both of the risks and the opportunities in EPC mode,how to ensure the project to complete as schedule is the key point.Based on the comprehensive evaluation theory,in the offshore oil and gas EPC projects contractors' sight,this study summarizes the influencing factors of schedule in the project implementation,through consulting the literatures,conducting interviews and referring to the experiences from the past projects,and builds up the schedule influencing factors' index system.It collects evaluated data through the questionnaire survey and the experts grading method,allocates weights to the factors by Analytic Hierarchy Process,establishes the evaluation model applying Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method,and finally identifies the key influencing factors through the ranking based on the fuzzy operator.This study,through applying the assessment model of influencing factors of offshore oil and gas EPC project schedule to A Gas Field Group Development Project,verifies the feasibility and scientificity of the model,and puts forward with the comparable suggestions and measures for the actual project implementation.Meanwhile,it provides a reference basis for the schedule management of other projects in the industry.
