With the rapid development of knowledge,economy and information,China's coal chemical industry has also developed rapidly.The sustainable development of coal chemical industry has the characteristics of intensive,large-scale,intelligent,and maximum economic benefit.This not only puts forward new requirements to the innovation of engineering technology,but also poses a severe challenge to the management level of the coal chemical construction project.Coal chemical construction project has the characteristics of technology difficulty,complex process,special equipment,equipment supply cycle,overrun equipment transportation difficulties,construction units and cross operation.Whether the project can quickly occupy the market in a limited time,the most important thing is to realize the effective control of the project progress.Therefore,scientific and effective progress control is particularly important.This paper first introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the project schedule management and risk control,the review of the research status at home and abroad;secondly,schedule management and risk control related theories,risk identification,risk in detail,finally to 210 items of unloading coal storage device as an example,the establishment of network planning diagram and by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish specific risk analysis model,draw conclusions.The guarantee measures and risk response of the progress control of the coal storage device in the 210 project are discussed.In this paper,the author uses the knowledge of project schedule management to systematically study the compilation process of the project schedule plan,and uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to find out the factors that affect the schedule plan and build a scientific model.This article takes the actual case as the research object,has the strong realistic meaning and the guiding significance.By summarizing the theoretical analysis and research,it provides some reference for the coal chemical project.
