Ink-jet sand 3D printing technology is a combination of additive manufacturing technology and traditional casting technology that emerged in recent years.With the continuous industrial upgrading and restructuring of China's foundry industry in recent years,the research on ink-jet sand 3D printing technology in China has become more and more extensive.Related technology research in China is still not mature,the domestic production enterprises of ink-jet sand mold 3 d printing devices still rely on foreign imports,import consumables and follow-up of expensive equipment is constantly demand seriously restricted the relevant domestic enterprises with the development of the technology,imported materials are not only the price on the high side there is a series of collateral,such as shipping costs,import duties,land transportation cost,etc.,greatly compress the profits of domestic related enterprises.Therefore,the research on the localization of sand printing consumables is of great significance.In this paper for inkjet sand mold 3d printer supplies import and domestic materials research comparison,test and analysis of the original sand silica content,microstructure,particle size distribution,water content,bulk density,apparent density,detection of the resin and adhesive of pH value,viscosity index,explores the import consumables and domestic when printing consumables matching process and modification methods of domestic resin.The results show that the properties of domestic raw sand are similar to those of imported raw sand,so it can directly replace imported raw sand and realize the localization of raw sand.Viscosity is an important index of resin,and it needs to match with the printer's core component print nozzle.The viscosity of imported resin is about15 Mpa ·s,and that of domestic resin is about 25 Mpa ·s.The domestic resin needs to be modified before it can be used for printing.Type through the design of the original type,resin sand and resin ratio of orthogonal experiment,the preparation of standard of eight pieces and test the tensile strength,gas evolution,found the ratio of the resin is the most important influence factors on the tensile strength of sand mould,use homebred furan resin A2,2% for the amount of resin,the original sand for the combination of domestic silica sand C1 can satisfy the use requirement of sand mold.It was found that 10% was the best amount of modifier.When the amount of modifier was 10%,the sand mold still had enough strength,but there was still a certain gap between the modified furan resin and the imported furan resin.After modification in the synthesis process of furan resin,the viscosity of furan resin produced by domestic enterprises can match the tensile strength and gas emission of sand molded by printing nozzle,which is better than that of imported furan resin.It can be directly used in the printing production of sand molded,and realize the localization of inkjet sand3 D printing.This study is expected to reduce the cost of consumables in related industries in China,promote the localization of ink-jet sand printer consumables,and promote the development of ink-jet sand 3D printing industry in China.
