The process of tobacco perfuming is one of the key links in the process of cigarette making whose main form is to mix tobacco and flavoring stably and evenly in the process.It has a good effect of masking peculiar smell,mildew proof,moisturizing and support combustion on pipe tobacco,therfore,it is an important process to improve the sensory quality and taste of cigarette.At present,the goal of cigarette production has changed from the pursuit of physical properties and appearance quality of cigarettes to cigarette characteristics,smoking taste,and degree of harm,such as sensory and health,and the whole process is developing in the direction of digitization,lean and intelligence constantly.Tobacco perfuming is a complex process involving multi-physical field coupling including gas,solid and liquid.The past settings and criteria of processing parameters based on experience and subjective judgment can not meet the production requirements of intelligent and lean development today,and at the same time can not meet the public demand for cigarette quality.Therefore,in order to satisfy the development requirements at the present stage,it is key for satisfying intelligent and lean development and improving the quality of cigarettes to visualize the "black box state" in the process of tobacco perfuming,reveal the internal laws through digital analysis,and establish scientific evaluation standards.In this paper,the digital simulation were analyzed by the inherent law,movement mode and distribution in the process of tobacco perfuming,the main process parameters and flavoring effect were evaluated and analyzed which is used to establish the prediction model.Aiming at the problem of modeling cut tobacco,first,the model was established via image processing function and bonding model in EDEM software in this paper.For the realization of tobacco perfuming,nine groups of simulation experiments were carried out by using edem and fluent software based on Orthogonal design method.In addition,the "black box state" of tobacco perfuming process was visualized by means of analyzing the movement and distribution of cut tobacco and spices in the roller.Secondly,four indexes were put forward to evaluate the performance of tobacco perfuming comprehensively,and based on which the influence of each process parameter was analyzed.What's more,each indicator was weighted by a combination of subjective and objective weighting methods,and a comprehensive evaluation system for the effect of flavoring has been established.Finally,the prediction model of silk flavoring effect was established via Taguchi method for predicting the optimal process parameters and flavoring effect,and whose results were verified by simulation experiments.The inherent law of tobacco and spices in the process of tobacco perfuming was successfully revealed in this paper,and the process was developed by means of digital form,as well as the importance of each process parameter to the flavoring effect was analyzed quantitatively,and the visualization of the flavoring process was realized.All in all,It has an important theoretical research significance and reference value of practical application for tobacco enterprises to develop towards digitization,intelligence and lean.
