Intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of the future development of my country's manufacturing industry,which points out the direction for my country's manufacturing industry to transform from traditional design and production methods to intelligent design and production methods.This paper takes the control system of the medium and heavy plate full hydraulic straightening machine as the research object.First,the intelligent design and three-dimensional virtual assembly of the control system of the medium and heavy plate full hydraulic straightening machine are completed.The occurrence of partial discharge phenomenon was simulated and studied.Compared with the traditional control system design,the intelligent design based on the digital platform has the advantages of digitization of information,intelligent design process,and three-dimensional virtual assembly automation.It has been applied in the design of the control system of the medium and heavy plate full hydraulic straightening machine.Through the research on the control system of the medium and heavy plate full hydraulic straightening machine,the schematic diagram of its main drive,inverter control,AC main shaft drive unit and PLC module are intelligently designed;on this basis,all the required by the entire system is designed.The electrical components are calculated and selected,and the virtual assembly of the control system of the straightening machine is completed in the three-dimensional designed cabinet,and finally a complete three-dimensional virtual assembly model of the control system of the full hydraulic straightening machine for the medium and thick plate is obtained.Model view,installation size view and drilling view in the application.According to on-site operation feedback,in order to minimize the interference caused by partial discharges such as tips and burrs,online detection of partial discharge phenomena is particularly important.The FDTD principle is used to simulate the electric field intensity distribution of the backplane,door panel and left side panel when the partial discharge phenomenon occurs inside the control system.It is concluded that the electric field intensity at the gap is obviously greater than the electric field intensity on the metal wall surface.According to this simulation result,the detection point is selected at the gap between the metal walls,and the simulation analysis of the partial discharge phenomenon at different positions is carried out.It is concluded that the left center of the door panel is the optimal detection position of the transient earth voltage detection method.It is verified whether this detection position still has a good detection effect compared with other partial discharge sources.To ensure a more accurate detection of whether partial discharge occurs in the control system and prevent it in advance,to ensure the safe and stable operation of the control system of the medium and thick plate full hydraulic straightener.
