Primary and secondary school textbook,as an important carrier for spreading knowledge and culture,is the foundation of compulsory education.Students' interest can be effectively aroused by well-printed,colorful,and healthy textbook in learning with internal motivation.At the same time,it can also protect the physical and mental health of primary and secondary schoolchildren.The problems of poor printing quality of present textbook are caused by insufficient color reproducibility,independent databased standardized control,and lack of systematic control.The standardized and safe system for textbook printing reproduction is established to standardized printing progress.These systems include the control of dot distortion,color reduction,the content of heavy metal and VOCs,the main research of this thesis are as follows:(1)The gray correlation analysis method was used to determine the main effect on the quality of printing.Considering offset printing technology and printing process comprehensively,the influence factors on dot deformation were analyzed.Using the compensation principle to introduce the dot correction curve,the digital dot of the original was corrected in the process of plate making,which can consistent with that of plate making.The present situation of textbook production was analyzed in this thesis,constructs the textbook color restoration system and formulates the standardized process of color restoration.The process of textbook printing restoration was systematically considered and the influence of printing materials,printing technology and printing parameters on the outlets is eliminated,which ensures the consistency of the transmission process of outlets,and can realize the control of textbook printing color restoration for data standardization.(2)Combing the existing production technology,raw materials and their quality control system and detection system.This was helpful to analyze the factors that produce toxic and harmful substances in the textbook printing process and look for various explicit and implicit factors that produce heavy metals and organic volatiles in printed matter.The purpose was to construct the safety system of raw and auxiliary materials and production technology in textbook production.(3)Based on the actual production materials and equipment conditions in the factory,taking the fourth-grade Chinese textbook as the object,the data standardization control and safety index control of sample book color reduction plate-making printing were carried out under the guidance of textbook printing reproduction system and data flow.Standardized data were formed through experiments.These standardized dates control the printing production of textbooks to ensure the color restoration of textbooks.Testing the printing quality and safety of the textbook produced,it was proved that the textbooks produced were thick in ink layer,full in image color and good in color reducibility by printing compensation and color management.And the contents of heavy metals and VOCs were also far below the established safety standards.The research on printing quality and safety of primary and secondary school textbook in this thesis has important application value for ensuring the safety and highquality production of primary and secondary school textbook in Yunnan province.It also has reference value for improving the quality of printed books and periodicals.
