Research On Safety Management Of Primary And Secondary School Infrastructure Projects

The education level of the people in our country has been continuously improved,and the enrollment scale of each school has expanded year by year.With the continuous improvement of the education system,if you want to ensure that the school teaching level,increase school scale and promoting education services to schools,has certain requirements for the construction of the school and the level of safety management,such as merging campus,new campus,student dormitories,canteens,repair construction of teaching building and teaching facilities and so on,so as to improve the overall environment the campus,in order to better serve the students and teaching workers.The increase of the scale of school infrastructure projects has also caused a lot of safety accidents.It also reflects that the safety management of infrastructure projects in existing schools is not perfect enough,and the research of safety management is urgent.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the school construction project,this paper summarizes its special characteristics in the areas of regional environment,management system,time requirement and so on.According to these particularities,this paper analyzes the current situation of the safety management process of the school infrastructure construction at present stage,mainly including the backward management system,the deviation of the center of the school construction process,the complexity of the school's humanistic environment,and the inconsistency between school management and control.Means and measures and through the analysis of the high school affiliated to Peking University is taken in the safety management in infrastructure projects,analysis of the construction engineering schools in the relevant work done before,during and after construction,puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the safety management of construction project: to create a school safety culture;strengthen the coordination control of school improvement;the education and training of production safety.
