The hidden health hazards caused by indoor environmental pollution have become a major problem that plagues human beings.Negative oxygen ions have important practical significance as a key indicator to measure air quality.In order to indirectly alleviate the current situation of indoor air pollution and improve the air quality,the plantation fast-growing Poplar is used as the base material to improve the low density,low strength and easy shrinkage deformation and other material properties,while giving it more diversified functions.In this study,hexacyclic stone,a unique mineral resource in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,was used as a modified material,and vacuum impregnation technology and hydrothermal method were used to introduce hexacyclic stone and titanium dioxide into the wood respectively to prepare a new type of health-care functional wood with the effect of releasing negative oxygen ions.The main contents and conclusions of the changes in the basic physical properties of modified materials and the release performance of negative oxygen ions are as follows:1.Selected dispersants KH570,PEG and Span60,adopted physical,chemical and composite preparation processes to disperse hexacyclic stone,and used the median particle size as the evaluation index.The best process is:the composite process was adopted,and the concentration of the dispersant was respectively 0.5wt%,0.5wt%and 1wt%,the median particle size of the dispersion was 8.93?m,9.21?m and 9.89?m,respectively.SEM,FT-IR and XRD showed that the treated hexacyclic stone powder was effectively dispersed,and the dispersion treatment did not change the crystal structure and chemical properties of the hexacyclic stone powder itself.2.Used the best dispersion as the modification treatment solution,the modified wood was prepared by the dipping method.The best dipping process was a cycle of vacuum dipping for 60 minutes and atmospheric pressure dipping for 5 minutes,repeating the treatment 6 times,and exploring the modification under the best dipping process Material performance.(1)After immersion treatment,the density of the sample increased to 0.37g/cm3,which was 21.21%higher than the material;the average water absorption was 161.45%,which was 12.57%lower than the material,and the average volumetric moisture swelling rate was 2.54%,which was 72.33%lower than the material.The average anti-expansion rate was 68.70%.(2)SEM analysis showed that the hexacyclic stone dispersion liquid entered the wood structure through the conduit and pits,and was uniformly distributed in the wood in the form of irregular particles,and the FT-IR and XRD of the impregnated sample showed the characteristic diffraction of the hexacyclic stone respectively.Peak,indicating that the hexacyclic stone had been successfully introduced into the wood.(3)The average static release of negative oxygen ions for the immersed sample was525 pcs/cm3,and the average dynamic release was 3,040 pcs/cm3,which was 2-3 times the internationally regulated level of fresh air.The degree of improvement.The necessary condition for the impregnating material to release negative oxygen ions was water,it had a water response mechanism.3.Used H8F6N2Ti and H3BO3as precursors,TiO2was prepared by hydrothermal method and loaded on the impregnating material.With the excellent photocatalytic properties of TiO2,the performance of the impregnating material was improved.(1)After TiO2treatment,the loss rate,water absorption rate and dimensional stability of the sample had been effectively improved.The average weight loss rate was 2.83%,which was 11.84%lower than that of the unloaded sample;the water absorption rate was139.64%,which was lower than that of the unloaded test.The sample decreased by 13.51%,and the water absorption rate of each dispersant treated sample decreased to varying degrees;the volumetric hygroscopic expansion rate was 2.43%,which was 4.33%lower than that of the unloaded sample,and the average anti-expansion rate reached 74.48%.(2)SEM analysis showed that the TiO2crystal grains were spherical and mainly exist in the wood in three states:wood was used as a carrier to nucleate and crystallize,uniformly attached to the inner wall of the wood cell cavity;The surface of the body was uniformly coated and grown;in addition,the other part also used hexacyclic stone as a carrier to nucleate and crystallize,but showed a partially attached state,the hexacyclic stone was vertically inserted into the titanium dioxide agglomerates.The FT-IR and XRD of the loaded samples showed the characteristic diffraction peaks of anatase TiO2,indicating that TiO2had been successfully introduced into the wood.(3)The average static and dynamic negative oxygen ion release of the loaded sample was 1656 pcs/cm3and 5376 pcs/cm3,both of which meet the international fresh air standard,which was an average increase of 215.42%compared with the unloaded sample static release,and the average dynamic increase 76.84%.
