| With the gradual maturity of the socialist market economic system,the state-owned enterprise salary management system has gradually exposed various problems that are not suitable for the marketization process,and reform is imminent.The traditional salary system of A company does not conform to the company’s strategic development,there are problems such as egalitarianism,disconnection between salary and job value,low employee satisfaction,and serious brain drain.The company should constantly adjust and improve the salary system according to its own development strategy to promote the healthy development of the company,promote the fairness and incentives within the company,and let employees understand their mission and responsibilities to retain outstanding technical talents for the company,thereby enhancing the company’s core competitiveness.This paper used the literature research method to summarize the related theories of broadband salary.Analyzed the current situation of A company’s engineering staff in detail,used questionnaires to analyze the problems of A company’s salary management system.According to the broadband salary design thought,position analysis,position evaluation,investigation of salary levels in the same industry and other basic work to redesign the salary system of A company’s engineering staff,and finally determined the salary management plan with different levels and different salary components,and put forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of broadband salary.This paper reported a case study on the engineering personnel of the state-owned enterprise A company,combined with domestic and foreign salary research status and application situation,and conducted in-depth discussion and research on the existing salary system of the company’s engineering personnel,and optimized the salary system and solutions with broadband salary theory as the core.The purpose of this paper is to explore a salary system that is based on the value of the position,driven by the ability,and oriented by the performance,suitable for companies like A. |
