Mulberry silk is a kind of natural protein fiber. It has many characteristics, including fine and soft, smooth and elastic, good luster, good moisture absorption performance, good elongation. It is advanced textile materials. Mulberry silk fiber with personal warmth, fluffy soft, breathable health care etc. It is known as "the second skin of human body". It has the very good close skin. Seamless knitting technology is a molding production and processing of knitted products, seamless knitting product feature is personal, not tight. The mulberry silk is applied to the field of seamless knitting, makes seamless knitted products can not only reflect the toning effect and the beautiful sex of seamless knitted fabric, also makes seamless knitted fabric has the close skin comfort characteristics of mulberry silk. This topic is the applications of mulberry silk yarn and covered yarn to seamless knitted products, combined with seamless knitting technology. To study the thermal and moisture comfortable performance of mulberry silk seamless knitted fabric and the fabric style. As the design research and development of mulberry silk seamless knitted products provide certain theoretical basis and reference value.First,study with the cladding process of mulberry silk covered yarn and nylon covered yarn, and their properties in this topic. 2×23.3 dtex mulberry silk and 46 dtex nylon filament are chosen respectively as outsourcing wire,22 dtex spandex filament as the core wire, draft of 2.4 and 2.4, degree of cladding coating is 1000T/m. Study with the structure and properties of the mulberry silk covered yarn and nylon covered yarn. The structure morphology, moisture regain, boiling water shrinkage rate and elastic recovery properties of the draft 2.4 mulberry silk covered yarn, draft 2.4 nylon wrap yarn and draft 2.8 nylon wrap yarn are respectively tested. The results showed that the yarn effect of nylon wrap yarn structure is better than that of mulberry silk covered yarn; The resurgence of mulberry silk covered yarn rate is higher than nylon wrap yarn; For the draft 2.8 nylon wrap yarn, boiling water shrinkage and elastic resilience are better.Then design the seamless knitted fabric according to three factors : surface yarn, backing yarn and fabric weave and structure. Surface yarn has tow levels: 2×23.3 dtex mulberry silk and 3×23.3 dtex mulberry silk; Backing yarn has three levels: draft 2.4 mulberry silk covered yarn, draft 2.4 and 2.8 nylon wrap yarn; Fabric weave and structure has three levels: weft plain, 1+1 false rib and 1+2 false rib. Combined with seamless knitting technology, through the way of permutation and combination, make the sample solution of mulberry silk seamless knitted fabric, try to knit 18 pieces of mulberry silk seamless knitted fabric.Thermal wet comfort performance of 18 pieces of seamless knitted fabric were tested, including moisture absorption, moisture permeability, air permeability. The experimental result shows that the yarn for mulberry silk covered yarn in the seamless knitted fabric moisture absorption performance is good, when the surface yarn and the fabric weave and structure are the same. For backing yarn is draft 2.4 nylon wrap yarn, the surface yarn is 2×23.3 dtex mulberry silk, the fabric weave and structure of seamless knitted fabric, the moisture permeability and permeability is good. For mulberry silk covered yarn as backing yarn, 3×23.3 dtex mulberry silk as surface yarn, the fabric weave and structure is 1+2 false rib of seamless knitted fabric, the warmcool feeling is good. For backing yarn is nylon wrap yarn, the surface yarn is 3×23.3 dtex mulberry silk, the fabric weave and structure is weft plain of seamless knitted fabric, the heatconducting property is good. For backing yarn is mulberry silk covered yarn, 2×23.3 dtex mulberry silk surface yarn, the fabric weave and structure is weft plain of seamless knitted fabric, the thermal and moisture comfortable performance is better.The fabric style of 18 pieces of seamless knitted fabric were tested, including elastic resilience, fabric drape, wrinkle resilience, rigidity and softness and bursting strength. This article mainly through to the fabric physical and mechanical performance index to measure the fabric style. The results show that when the surface yarn is the same types of mulberry silk and the fabric weave and structure are the same, the draft 2.8 nylon wrap yarn as backing yarn of seamless knitted fabric, the elastic resilience and wrinkle resistance are better; When the backing yarn is draft 2.4 nylon wrap yarn, the surface yarn is 2x23.3 dtex mulberry silk, the fabric weave and structure is weft plain of seamless knitted fabric, the drape performance is better; When the surface yarn is the same types of mulberry silk and the fabric weave and structure are the same, the draft 2.4 nylon wrap yarn as backing yarn of seamless knitted fabric, the rigidity and softness is better; When the backing yarn is mulberry silk covered yarn, the 3×23.3 dtex mulberry silk as surface yarn,the fabric weave and structure is 1+2 false rib of seamless knitted fabric, the bursting strength is better; Through comprehensive evaluation analysis,nylon wrap yarn as the reverse side yarn in the seamless knitted fabric has better style than mulberry silk covered yarn as the reverse side yarn in seamless knitted fabric. The better sample is a draft ratio of 2.4 nylon wrap yarn for reverse backing yarn, 3×23.3 dtex mulberry silk as a surface yarn and weft plain as the fabric weave and structure of seamless knitted fabric.
