Steel industry is one of the most important industries for a country,whcih is an industry integrating capital,technology and resources.It is not only an important foundation for a country’s economic development,but also related to national energy security,sustainable and healthy economic development and the improvement of comprehensive national strength.At the same time,as the main raw material for heavy industry production,steel plays an important role in economic and social development,infrastructure construction and other fields.However,as a whole,China’s steel industry has obvious characteristics of "big but not strong",which is also the weakness of China’s steel industry.At the same time,in recent years,the internal competition of China’s steel industry is intense,the development of the steel enterprises facing big difficulties and pressure,in this case,if the steel industry wants occupy an important place in the increasingly fierce competition,it must constantly improve the strength of science and technology,improve product quality,tspeed up the transformation and upgrading,keep the enterprise core competitiveness.This article selects DZ steel group company as the research object,bases on the research of industry on the theories of strategic management,uses the enterprise strategic management,research methods,from the facing the political,economy,society and environment enterprisely,analyzes the problems existing in the enterprise human resources,production techniques,cost management,marketing,and informatization construction,and on this basis the development strategy of enterprise,in order to ensure the realization of the enterprise development strategy should adopt the measures.This paper insists that,under the current international and domestic environment,DZ steel group company should adopt a prudent expansion strategy,on the new stage of development,based on the domestic circulation,integrates into the international circulation,sets up the new concept of development,speed up the talent introduction,propulsion technology research and development,fines management costs,expands marketing channels,carries out the informatization construction,accurately grasps the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise,the objectively views the threats and challenges of the enterprise.It is hoped that the writing of this paper can provide reference for the development of enterprises and the transformation and development of similar steel enterprises.
