Thin coal seam is widely distributed in China.Because of its high mining height,high mining ratio and difficult mining face layout,the coal recovery rate of thin coal seam is low.At the same time,under the background that intelligent mining has become the development trend of coal mining,intelligent mining of thin coal seam has become a new way for safe and efficient coal mining.Different from the occurrence conditions of thick coal seam,reasonable equipment placement is the unique difficulty of the fully mechanized mining technology of thin coal seam,and also the fundamental factor restricting the development of the fully mechanized mining technology of thin coal seam.This paper takes 16108 working face of Binhu Coal Mine as the research object,obtains the coal seam occurrence characteristics and specific parameters of fully mechanized working face through field investigation;determines the main parameters of mining and transportation equipment of working face through numerical calculation and comparative analysis,and completes the equipment selection;organically combines shearer,hydraulic support and scraper conveyor through the overall planning and design of the system Through the establishment of Internet of things and software development,it realizes the centralized monitoring and control of the equipment in the working face.Through the field investigation of the coal seam occurrence characteristics and the technical problems of intelligent technology implementation in the fully mechanized working face of Binhu Coal Mine,the selection and matching of shearer,hydraulic support and scraper conveyor are carried out,and the three machine matching combination suitable for the thin coal seam of Binhu Coal Mine is formed.According to the determined equipment and combined with the automatic integrated control system,the system design is carried out,and applied in the fully mechanized working face of Binhu Coal Mine Through the underground test of working face,the intelligent mining technology system of thin coal seam is formed,which provides strong theoretical and technical support for the intelligent mining design of thin coal seam.Based on the above research results,it not only improves the mining efficiency of thin coal seam,but also effectively reduces the working intensity of underground workers.In practical application,the effect is good,and the economic benefit of thin coal seam mining has been significantly improved.This paper provides a certain reference for intelligent mining of thin coal seam,summarizes the key technology and technical system of intelligent mining of thin coal seam,provides theoretical basis for intelligent mining of fully mechanized working face of thin coal seam,and has important theoretical and engineering significance for improving the efficiency and safety production of coal enterprises.The thesis contains 36 pictures,15 tables,and 72 references.
