Establishment And Application Of Coal Spontaneous Combustion Prevention Technology System In Yaoqiao Coal Mine Under Complex Conditions Of Multi Level And Large Mining Depth

Coal spontaneous combustion is one of the important disasters in coal mine production.It not only causes damage to the resource,but also produces a large number of toxic and harmful gas,threatening the life safety of underground workers and seriously restricting the safe production and healthy development of coal enterprises,which is the focus and difficulty of coal mine fire prevention and control.In the production process of Yaoqiao mine,the mining characteristics such as multi-level,long ventilation route and excessive ventilation resistance are presented.Moreover,since the beginning of production,there have been many coal spontaneous combustion disasters.Therefore,in view of the characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion in Yaoqiao mine,it is of great significance for safe and efficient production of the mine to formulate feasible prevention and control plans and measures for coal spontaneous combustion and build a perfect underground fire prevention and extinguishing system.Based on the statistical analysis of coal spontaneous combustion in Yaoqiao Coal Mine.It is recognized that the key factors leading to the occurrence of coal spontaneous combustion in Yaoqiao Coal Mine in the past years lie in the objective conditions such as complex geological structure,large mining depth mining,coal seam close separation mining,and the mismatch between fire prevention technology and complex objective conditions.Moreover,combined with the theory of coal spontaneous combustion and the practical experience of the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion in Yaoqiao Coal Mine,the requirements of the prevention and control technology system of coal spontaneous combustion suitable for Yaoqiao Coal Mine were put forward.According to the characteristics of each prevention and control area,the fire prevention process,corresponding measures and specific operation methods of heading face,coal mining face and goaf are established.At the same time,the fire prevention and extinguishing technology system was applied to 7013 working face.The results showed that the fire prevention and extinguishing technology system could well control the hidden danger of coal spontaneous combustion in the whole process of working face from excavation,mining to withdrawal.The new combustion prevention system constructed by this article,it turns out,is compatible with Yaoqiao Coal Mine's situation,and has achieved an ideal goal,it is also gathering pace amid setting an example when it comes to other mines' prevention and control.
