The large-scale high-accuracy gear is applied in industries such as waterpower, mine metallurgy, large-scale engineering machinery broadly. It is playing very important role in national economy and national defense industry. While the detecting technology of large-scale gear is not perfect, measure meaning is difficult to satisfy fast development of machinery equipment manufacturing industry's demands, therefore, it is necessary to study deep into the measurement technology, exploit high rate of quality and price, moderate precision, and compact applied large gear measure instrument.This task suggested one kind of new large gear on-line measure project on the basis of investigating and studying for the large gear's processing and inspecting current situation in detail. This scheme is basis on the uniform idea in coordinate measuring principle, measuring coordinate system and process coordinate system, mainly to realize the large gear corresponding technology parametric measurement through the measure instrument's own measure motion. The research works of my thesis as follows:1. Have designed one late-model structure that is a large gear on-line measure instrument. The instrument has six free degrees, could realize the unification between the measuring coordinate and processing coordinate, could realize the on-line measure through it's own coordinate system and measurement motion; and have taken picketage tests and measures analysis for the instrument organization manufactured.2. Have developed the instrument controlling system. Owing to the characteristic of instrument machinery system, the controlling system adopt the format of "PC + movement controlling cards", could realize location close-cycle controlling, but realizing location, the system is composed of moving controlling part, coordinate measuring part , state and protecting part , data collection part and so on.3. Making use of C++Builder to design and test measurement controlling software. The software has realized the measure and assessment of alignment errors and tooth pitch deviation,exported the assessment data and curve.4. Have analyzed the system error in profile measures. Owing to space analytic geometry method, set forth the system error being an instrument to measure the large gear profile measurement theoretically, providing a new thought for the analysis of gear measure error.To sum up, this thesis has accomplished the design and debugging of the organization and controlling system for large gear on-line measure instrument, and validated first and foremost that this measure scheme is feasible, providing one kind of new thought and approach to large gear measurement.
