The Design And Implementation Of The Integrated Information System For Party Construction In Ningxia Coal Mining Group Co.

Party-building is the foundation for the strict management of Chinese Party Central Committee,and the construction of party-building information is the foundation for the party affairs in scientific and effective progress currently.The party-mass affairs of Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.is complicated.Party member management involves a broad range of departments and a large number of Party members.There are more than 50000 employees,including more than 25000 party members in this company.To be the largest state-owned enterprise and the enterprise with the largest number of Party members in Ningxia Autonomous Region,it is an important thing to determine how to strengthen and improve the party construction of state-owned enterprises,give full play to the political core role of enterprise party organizations in the new period.It is not only an important content of enterprise reform and development henceforth,but also a main guarantee to promote the reform and development of this company.In order to effectively solve the party-building problems of information redundancy,poor communion,serious paper-based,unscientific assessment management and low efficiency in the company,combined with the actual work situation of enterprise informational construction,through the demand analysis of the actual party-building work,the party-building comprehensive information management system of Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.has been designed and developed.According to the design idea of software engineering,this paper makes a detailed demand analysis on the existing party-building organization departments and related businesses of the company firstly,then determines the interface between this system and the office automation system and training system.Starting from the concrete and effective work demand of Ningxia Coal Industry party-building work,the comprehensive information management system of party-building is designed with MVC as basic software frame and Oracle database system as the carrier of data store.The system consists of five functional modules:party-building information gateway,basic application,assessment and evaluation,business center and training center.The author primarily completed the design and the development of three modules:basic application,assessment and evaluation,business center.Finally,testing the correctness of the system function with the black box method,testing the inter-current processing ability of the system with the performance testing tools and accomplishing the test of operation response efficiency,CPU occupancy rate and other performances are arranged.The test proves that the system runs stably,functions normally,and reaches the requirements of system design.At present,the party-building comprehensive information management system has been put into operation officially.It runs stably and achieves the anticipatory effect.
