In the 21st century,with the rapid development of the national economy,the rapid development of public transportation and agricultural mining,the demand for large-scale engineering tires has increased.The quality of construction machinery tires is the basis for the important development of the agricultural automobile industry.Tire tread winding is the main component of the agricultural tire production and processing line.Its professional technology and mode have a huge interference effect on the overall quality of tire output,and it is also a major contradiction problem that tire production and processing companies attach great importance to.Due to overcapacity in the market,different market prices,uneven price and quality levels,there is a certain gap between quality and the international market;the increase in tire raw materials has higher and higher requirements for tire quality,performance,and overall.Profile winding is the main method of tread shaping at present.It is of great significance to study how to improve the precision system of profile winding for improving product quality and reducing production costs.In recent years,global manufacturers have stricter requirements for the accuracy of tire winding,and foreign tire winding expertise has been completely blocked,making it more challenging for a country to improve the accuracy of tire winding.Based on basic expertise of tire tread winding production line and image pixel method,this thesis designs a comprehensive system of agricultural tread profiling winding operation method based on image pixel method to improve the accuracy of tire winding.The main tasks are as follows:The experimental model of the tire winding machine equipment to unfold the accurate tread winding operation process was established,and the integrated system designed the tire tread winding operation method based on the picture pixel method.This calculation method carried out precise and automatic positioning of the tire baseline,and clarified the detailed position of each rubber strip in the rubber strip winding process.At the same time,it carried out the planning and comprehensive system design for the double layer layer of the tire,and finally the formed The effective error has been studied,analyzed and dealt with comprehensively.On the Visual Studio and Qt application platforms,anchored on the above winding calculation methods,a simulation system operation application software for tire tread winding,which was developed to simulate the accurate winding process of tires.The paper discusses and analyzes of operational application software.compared with the ordinary tire tread winding mode,this system shows the scientificity and strengths of the agricultural tread contour winding method anchored in the picture pixel method.Compared with the above tread winding calculation method system and the winding mode before enhancement,the exact position of the strip have been significantly improved,which strengthens the economy and stability safety of the modification and adjustment of tire production and manufacturing process,and greatly enhances the company's market share.
