In the context of Made in China 2025 and Industry 4.0,higher requirements have been placed on the informatization of industry and manufacturing.From the communication of the field device layer to the communication of the enterprise information layer.Because there are many types of communications at present,each has its own private protocol set,and IT and OT are relatively independent,there are many communication barriers,which makes it difficult to achieve the interconnection of the entire factory automation equipment to the enterprise information layer.Therefore,breaking communication barriers,achieving the integration of IT and OT,and achieving interconnection through a unified information model is one of the important issues that need to be resolved in industrial communication.First,through the research on OPC UA communication technology,the information model technology and security technology in OPC UA is introduced in this paper,and analyzes the advantages of OPC UA in achieving information interconnection and interoperability,as well as the benefits in achieving unified information.This technology can be used to unify device information.Analyzes the mainstream OPC UA SDK products on the market and summarizes their advantages and disadvantages in this paper,so as to obtain SDK packages suitable for the verification of information models in industrial products.Then,investigates the mainstream dedicated CNC systems on the market in this paper,such as CNC systems commonly used in factories,such as bending machines and shears.Each system has its own communication parameters and functions,and it is impossible to handle information in a unified manner.It hinders the interconnection and interoperability of factory equipment in terms of informatization.Studies the use of the information model technology in OPC UA to realize the information interconnection at the device level of the dedicated CNC system in this paper,and proposes a set of unified information models suitable for the dedicated CNC system.Then,by summarizing and analyzing the data information of the mainstream dedicated CNC system,the information model is classified into two categories: intrinsic attributes and component attribute sets.At the same time,the intrinsic attributes are divided into static attributes,process attributes,configuration attributes and process attributes Class to describe the data information commonly used in dedicated CNC systems.The component attribute set extends the functional application of the system by integrating third-party components,which facilitates the integration and application of the components.Designs a set of unified information model in accordance with the dedicated CNC system in this paper.Finally,uses the independent bending machine system of a domestic automation company as a hardware verification platform,and Matrikon Flex OPC UA SDK as a development kit for transforming communications in this paper.It uses the above unified information model to instantiate a dedicated system for bending machines.The OPC UA unified information model is dedicated to the server of the CNC system for bending machines,and the rationality and effectiveness of the unified information model architecture are verified.The unified information model proposed in this paper has high compatibility with the special features of dedicated CNC systems,such as special functions,wide industry scope,and limited hardware resources,on the basis of ensuring that the equipment information function meets the needs.It is efficient and convenient.Realize the informationization of the equipment,break the information island of the original dedicated CNC system on the factory information layer,and realize the information exchange on the entire factory information layer.It has high engineering application value and has important reference value for the informationization of related special numerical control equipment.
