With the rapid development of aerospace,wind power industry,rail transit,etc,there is an increasing demand for new high-performance composite materials.Therefore,the development of new low-cost high quality composite materials has become a development direction.With the development of society,there is an increasing demand for filament twisting.For example,Teflon/Aramid filament is twisted,and the twisted yarn is used as the lining cloth for self-lubricating joint bearings.The bearings and linings used by the enterprise previously depended on foreign imports.Because they wanted to break the restriction of relying on imports,The enterprise hopes our project team can help them solve this problem.At present,domestic universities or scientific research institutions have done little research on the twisting of filament bundles with large differences in elongation at break.Although there are studies on blending Teflon and Aramid into yarns,the effect is not very satisfactory.However,we have independently researched and developed XPU-TF4-I type filament bundle special twisting equipment and related mature spinning concepts,methods and technologies,which can meet the needs of enterprises.In the research of the subject,in order to strengthen the stability of Teflon in the composite material,the Teflon can be tightly wound on the Aramid by spinning,and the fabric can be more wear-resistant by weaving or weaving with such yarn.It is better to compound with resin,and the yarn will not appear blistering,looping,and slipping.Based on this,this topic has launched a research on Teflon/Aramid spinning technology.The main results and contents of the research are all as follows:(1)In the conventional Teflon/Aramid twisting method,the optimal twist value is found by changing the size of the twist,that is,changing the width of the thread pitch on the yarn.For this,four different twist values are designed: 70 T/m,140 T/m,210 T/m,and 280 T/m.In order to obtain the strongest strands,the twisting mode of reverse stranding is adopted in this article.It also includes finding the linear regression equations between the input parameters of the hollow spindle on the twisting machine and the actual speed,the input parameters of the output roller and the actual speed and the twist,as well as the improvement of some parts of the special filament bundle twisting equipment.(2)Find out the method to correct the twist of the strand obtained by conventional twisting.The correction method mainly determines the corrected k value through the relationship between the single yarn diameter and the strand diameter.Then correspondingly,the twists of the corrected strands are 80 T/m,180 T/m,273 T/m,and 366 T/m.After testing and analysis of yarns and fabrics,it is finally concluded that 180 twists/m strands have the best performance,the two fibers are tightly combined,the yarn does not appear blistering or looping,and the yarn twist unevenness is small.There will be no Teflon fiber slippage when weaving on the upper machine;the obtained corresponding fabric is smooth,clear in art and science,without end breakage which improves the efficiency of the upper machine weaving.(3)Research on Teflon Filament Wrapped with Aramid Filament.the ratio of Teflon fiber on the surface of the yarn can be adjusted according to the specific needs of the society,and the input parameters of the spindle can be found while keeping the input parameters of the output roller unchanged.The relationship between the proportion of Teflon exposed area:(28)xy263.403-45.95,where y represents the size of the input parameters of the spindle,and x represents the proportion of Teflon on the surface of the yarn.47 figures,36 tables,and 94 references.
