| Rail-road intermodal transport is an important form of freight transportation system,which has played a large role in global trade.Although China’s container-rail combined transportation encountered many challenges and difficulties in its development,the government attached great importance to the development of container-rail combined transportation,and put forward many supporting policies to promote its development.The imported LNG receiving stations are distributed in coastal ports,facing the problem of separation of supply points and the mainland consumer market.The development of combined transportation of LNG tanks by road and rail is an effective logistics solution to this problem.This paper takes the public-rail combined transportation mode of LNG tanks as the research object,systematically analyzes the demand and status of LNG public-rail combined transportation,and summarizes the problems in the distribution of LNG tanks.On the basis of drawing on relevant theories,the research on the LNG tank container highway-railway combined transportation mode is carried out,mainly from the aspects of logistics facilities construction,transportation organization and scheduling,sharing mechanism and other aspects.In the construction of logistics system facilities,it mainly analyzes the construction of freight yards,storage stations,and gas stations.In terms of logistics organization,the analysis is based on collaborative strategies,organization methods,connection strategies,and scheduling strategies.Finally,for the application analysis of CNOOC’s "Tianjin-Jiyuan" route,it puts forward the development strategy of cultivating the main body of public-rail combined transportation;establishing and perfecting the standard system of combined transportation;improving the distribution operation system and improving the efficiency of logistics connection,providing valuable value for CNOOC LNG transportation Reference plan. |
