Three transportation equipments such as the step transfer device, the automatic feeding device and the transfer manipulator are designed. They make up the logistics line which is the core. The mechanical systems of the three devices are described in detail, the kinematics and force analysis are carried out, and the basis of the selection of the motor is given.According to the control requirements, the overall scheme of the automatic production line of anchor bolt and the main control program structure are designed. The idea of modularization is described. According to the composition of automatic production line of anchor bolt, the step transfer module, the automatic feeding module, the transfer manipulator module and the information exchange module are designed. According to the control tasks and requirements of each device, the design idea and structure of the control module are described in detail, and the control algorithm of the control module is designed. In view of the problem that the anchor rod is not qualified, the device and the control technology for the removal of the unqualified bolt are put forward, and the identification and removal principle of the unqualified bolt are expounded in detail.According to scheme of logistic oriented automatic production line system, an automatic production line is designed and manufactured for Shandong Jiujia mining equipment manufacturing Co., Ltd.
