Bolt support is the main form of the coal roadway support at present, anchor bolt is the most basic part. With the increased coal production and the difficulty of exploration, the demand for the quantity and quality of coal is increasingly higher. The traditional process which is according to manual handling and distributed processing has some shortcomings, such as high labor intensity and low production efficiency and quality unstable, it has gradually unable to meet the need of production. Therefore, the automatic production line of anchor bolt developed under such background.It has been less than ten years since the appearance of the bolt production line in domestic. The existing bolt production line in the market is oriented to the anchor bolt processing equipment. So it can only adapt to a single production process, and generally the efficiency is not high. Once the process has changed, it has to be redesigned. In addition, the automation level is not high, so it can only realized part of the automatic processing. Focusing on these shortcomings, an system scheme of automatic production line of anchor bolt which is Logistic Oriented is put forward. It takes the transportation as the core, it can be combined into a production line of anchor bolt with different processing equipment.According to the characteristics of anchor bolt which is long and thin and rigidity is bad, and the surface is non smooth, and the requirement of the production efficiency, the design requirements of the anchor conveying equipment are identified. Three transportation equipments such as the step transfer device, the automatic feeding device and the transfer manipulator are designed. They make up the logistics line which is the core. The mechanical systems of the three devices are described in detail, the kinematics and force analysis are carried out, and the basis of the selection of the motor is given.According to the control requirements, the overall scheme of the automatic production line of anchor bolt and the main control program structure are designed. The idea of modularization is described. According to the composition of automatic production line of anchor bolt, the step transfer module, the automatic feeding module, the transfer manipulator module and the information exchange module are designed. According to the control tasks and requirements of each device, the design idea and structure of the control module are described in detail, and the control algorithm of the control module is designed. In view of the problem that the anchor rod is not qualified, the device and the control technology for the removal of the unqualified bolt are put forward, and the identification and removal principle of the unqualified bolt are expounded in detail.According to scheme of logistic oriented automatic production line system, an automatic production line is designed and manufactured for Shandong Jiujia mining equipment manufacturing Co., Ltd. The automatic line has the advantages of safety, stability, flexible layout and high productivity. It is proved that the logistic oriented automatic production line of anchor bolt can basically meet the needs of the actual production, and it has broad application prospects.
