Research On The Improvement Of Gas Supply Process For Industrial And Commercial Users Of S Gas Company

With the rapid development of the economy and the increasingly fierce market competition,industrial and commercial users have higher and higher requirements on gas consumption,gas supply efficiency and service quality of gas enterprises.The improvement of gas supply process is to keep gas enterprises fast and stable.The inevitable choice for development.This paper takes S gas company's industrial and commercial user gas supply process as the research object,analyzes the current situation and busi ness of the industrial gas supply process of S gas company,and finds out the management scope existing in the gas supply process of S gas company.Too wide causes three problems such as high management cost,long process chain,long cycle and low work eff iciency,and insufficient process transparency to affect service quality.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the gas supply process of existing industrial and commercial users.In order to improve the above-mentioned problems in the gas supply process of industrial and commercial users of S gas company,this paper first analyzes the existing situation of the enterprise,including the enterprise profile,organizational structure,operation mode,specific content of the industrial and commercial user gas supply process,and finds out the existence of various processes.In addition to the specific problems,it also analyzes some problems that must be solved,such as management system modification,personnel turnover,and organizational structure adjustment,which are faced by enterprises in process improvement.Then,based on the discovered problems,combined with the theoretical knowledge of process reengineering,process improvement,service management,etc.,using the flow chart method,systematic transformation method(ESIA method)and other tools to design the improvement of the various links of the existing industrial and commercial users gas supply process Improvement plan.Finally,the specific stage and safeguard measures of the implementation of the program are proposed,and the expected evaluation indicators of the improvement are designed.From multiple dimensions,it is estimated and evaluated whether the improvement target can be achieved after the implementation of the plan,so that the gas supp ly process can be realized.Improvements,management costs are reduced,process chains are shortened,gas supply efficiency is improved,service quality is improved,and the company's rapid and stable development is finally achieved.
