With the introduction of the concept of intelligent manufacturing,an informatized and intelligent management model has become an inherent requirement for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.Moulds are multi-variety,small-batch production products,which have the characteristics of complex processing routes and high technology intensiveness.In the mold manufacturing process,due to the large variability of the production plan,the large amount of data,and the difficulty of process control,relying on the traditional management method of manually collecting data to make reports cannot meet the needs of real-time control and precise control.Therefore,the integration of heterogeneous data of various mold production,calculation and analysis of integrated data,and visualization processing have become the key to the realization of informatization and intelligentization of mold production management.This paper takes the mold production process as the research object,and proposes the use of data integration technology and visualization technology to realize the information management of the planning stage,processing stage,and assembly stage of mold production.This paper focuses on the research on the framework construction,functional module design,data integration,data calculation and processing,data visualization application,system verification and other aspects of the mold production operation and maintenance management system.Aiming at the problems of low mold production data integration,low production data utilization,and extensive production process control,the framework and functional model of the mold production operation and maintenance management system are designed based on UML modeling.The core assessment indicators of process management are designed for the planning,processing,and assembly stages of mold production,such as the completion rate of the plan,the progress of parts processing,and the progress of mold assembly.The mathematical model of data processing is constructed by statistical method,and the data source,data carrier,data type and data format of input parameters in each model are determined.Aiming at three types of heterogeneous data sources storing mold production data : document files,SQL Server database,and Oracle database,a data integration scheme based on the snowflake model is designed.SQL server is used as the database of the system to complete the structure design and data table design of the database,which is used to store the integrated person data,projects data,molds data,parts data,processing data,materials data,plans data,warehousing data,etc.Based on NPOI components,JSON.NET class library,and ADO.NET components,JSON is selected as the intermediate data to complete the data read and write and format conversion of various production data in heterogeneous data sources.Aiming at the problems of low real-time and low degree of visualization in mold production management,a system visualization scheme based on ecarts visualization tool was proposed.Through the construction of data list model,bar chart model and pie chart model,it provides a multi-dimensional visualization way for the core assessment indicators,and realizes the detailed display,difference comparison and proportion comparison of the target data.T-SQL language is used to unify the unit and format of target data,and remove irrelevant data and duplicate data,so as to standardize program semantics.Ajax technology is used to realize the data mapping and data interaction between the target data and the visualization model,so as to realize the visualization application of data in each functional module of the system.Based on the above research content,the visual studio development platform is used to complete the development of system login,production plan management,production execution management,complete assembly management,and authorization management function modules of the mold production operation and maintenance management system.The reliability of the system is verified through the running test of the system,which lays the foundation for the informatization and intellectualization of the mold production management.
