Roller is the main deformation tool of rolling mill and one of the main spare parts.Due to the harsh working conditions,the rolls often suffer from surface failure,spalling,and wear to the limit,resulting in scrapping.Therefore,the remanufactured surfacing repair process is used to repair the roll surface,which can reuse the old rolls and extend the rolls.The service life has significant economic benefits.The super-large roll has the characteristics of super-large diameter,super-wide length,and super-heavy quality.Its remanufacturing and repair process puts forward higher requirements on the strength,stiffness of the machine tool structure,and the repair effect of the surfacing welding process.In this paper,with the goal of surfacing repair and remanufacturing of super-large rolls,it is of great practical significance to develop a special integrated machine tool for remanufacturing of super-large rolls to achieve the removal of the damaged layer of the roll to be repaired and the surfacing repair of the roll outer diameter.This article starts the research on the design of key parts such as the integrated machine tool turning system and surfacing system for remanufacturing of super-large rolls,the specific installation plan of the equipment,the debugging method and the related surfacing processing technology.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the needs of remanufacturing integrated machine tools,the overall structure of the machine tool is designed.According to the relevant requirements of the power calculation of the surfacing machine tool,the parameters of the headstock are selected and the structure is designed.At the same time,the three-dimensional solid model of the tailstock tip and the bracket is established,and the finite element analysis model is established with the help of ANSYS Workbench.The finite element strength and rigidity of the tailstock tip and the bracket are checked.The verification result is less than that of the material.Yield stress shows the effectiveness of structural design.(2)According to the technical requirements for roll surfacing repair,the overall design of the surfacing equipment is designed,and the main technical parameters are selected.Detailed design of walking mechanism and wire feeding mechanism in surfacing equipment.Carry on the system analysis and structural design to the walking structure and the wire feed mechanism separately,and at the same time carry out the type selection calculation for the vertical lifting motor,horizontal feed motor and wire feed mechanism motor.(3)Based on the actual working conditions of the surfacing repair and the structure of the surfacing equipment,design the installation plan of the surfacing equipment,and complete the installation and trial operation of the prototype equipment;analyze the fatigue of the workpiece based on the theory of fatigue damage The damage mechanism and the location of the defect;according to the principle of process parameter selection,determine the impact variables of the surfacing process technology,and design the test plan and detection method.The research work in this paper provides a strong support for further enhancing the core technology and manufacturing capabilities of the special integrated machine tool for remanufacturing of ultra-large rolls,and provides technical support and experience reference for the remanufacturing development of important components of large-scale devices.
