With the increasing demands on the belt conveyor monitoring system in industry and the longer and longer transmission distance,the real-time research on the monitoring system needs to be continuously expanded.This thesis mainly studies the monitoring system scheme for the long-distance belt conveyor and designs the real-time monitoring system,so as to realize the monitoring of the running state of each equipment along the line.And through the touch screen monitoring interface can realize the coordination of equipment control,fault alarm and information query.Based on the review and analysis of the development of belt conveyor monitoring system at home and abroad,this thesis puts forward a distributed belt conveyor monitoring system based on Siemens S7-1200 small programmable controller and supplemented by ET200SP.Based on the monitoring system of three belt conveyors,the distributed monitoring system of belt conveyors is designed.This thesis introduces the structure in detail and control requirements of the belt conveyor monitoring system,which focuses on the distribution of monitoring points along the belt conveyor,the selection of communication equipment,the design of software and hardware and the implementation of monitoring system.In this thesis,all kinds of information collected by different types of sensors set on the conveyor line of the belt conveyor is conveyed to the sampling sub-station ET-200SP,which is connected to the main controller PLC through the integrated PROFINET communication interface.The main controller selects Siemens S7-1200 small programmable controller,which can fully meet the control requirements of small automation system.CSM1277 Ethernet switch is used to exchange data between the central controller,the lower computer and the HMI interface,which can realize the multi-directional control of the equipment,the long-distance transmission of data and the real-time display of fault types.In view of the possible faults of the conveyor belt,the rope switch,off-track switch,stacking switch,limit switch,temperature sensor and other sensors are set,and all kinds of signals collected are simulated by Botu software.The configuration interface can be designed based on the program simulation of the belt conveyor based on Botu software platform.Through the display of the monitoring interface,the fault identification and alarm function of the belt conveyor monitoring system can be realized,which provides effective guarantee for the smooth operation of the belt conveyor and the management of equipment.
