Research On The Influence Of Dynamic Capability On Competitive Advantage Of Iron And Steel Enterprises

At present,China's iron and steel enterprises are facing two major problems: the product structure is not synchronized with the market demand and the core competitive advantage of iron and steel enterprises is not obvious.Therefore,to explore the source of competitive advantage of iron and steel enterprises plays an important role in obtaining stable competitive advantage in the fierce competitive market.This paper focuses on the influence of dynamic capabilities of iron and steel enterprises on their competitive advantage.Firstly,the paper combs the theory of enterprise competitive advantage,dynamic capability and the relationship between dynamic capability and enterprise competitive advantage;secondly,this paper discusses the mechanism of dynamic capabilities of iron and steel enterprises from three aspects,and puts forward the basic hypothesis that they have a positive effect on the formation of dynamic capabilities of iron and steel enterprises;thirdly,it analyzes the influence of dynamic capabilities of iron and steel enterprises on the competitive advantages of enterprises and put the basic hypothesis that the competitive advantage of enterprises has a positive effect;then,through the construction of structural equation model,this paper empirically tests the hypotheses proposed in the paper;finally,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures of iron and steel enterprises.Conclusion: first,organic structure,constructive conflict and entrepreneurship have positive effects on the formation of dynamic capabilities of iron and steel enterprises;second,dynamic capabilities are composed of environmental insight,learning and absorption,transformation and innovation and coordination and response;third,the dynamic capabilities of iron and steel enterprises have a positive effect on the competitive advantage of enterprises;fourth,the environmental insight and ability of learning and absorptive capacity of iron and steel enterprises have a positive effect on the competitive advantage,and the ability to transform and innovate and coordinate and respond does not have a positive effect on the competitive advantage significant positive effect.Figure 12;Table 24;Reference 60...
