Facing the new round of five-year planning,the steel industry faces the huge challenge of keeping up with technological innovation and completing transformation and upgrading under the premise of adapting to national development and ensuring production scale.Based on the theory of sustainable development,energy economy,technological innovation,and enterprise upgrading,this paper selects representative steel companies in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,from the perspective of market size and structure,product quality,product innovation,clean production level,process energy consumption and comprehensive Energy consumption analyzed its development during the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period,and established a comprehensive evaluation system including two dimensions of enterprise technology level and equipment economic efficiency.The study first conducted a clean production analysis on the selected enterprises,and then used the method of combining entropy weight and TOPSIS to comprehensively evaluate the index system,and obtained the following results:(1)The market scale and structure of iron and steel enterprises have been expanded and optimized;in terms of product quality and innovation,only one of the three major iron and steel groups has reached the international advanced level,and the other companies have remained at the domestic advanced and general level.(2)In terms of process energy consumption,the labor productivity and output per unit at the level of equipment economic efficiency have a greater impact on process energy consumption.(3)The energy consumption of the converter steelmaking process has a greater impact on the overall energy consumption.Controlling the energy consumption of the converter steelmaking process can reduce the comparable energy consumption per ton of steel;the comparable energy consumption per ton of steel has the greatest impact on the overall energy consumption.Controlling the comparable energy consumption per ton of steel Energy consumption can reduce overall energy consumption.(4)To achieve results in the low-carbon transformation of comprehensive energy consumption,iron and steel enterprises need to clarify the direction of the transformation and start with the micro-indicators that affect each process.
