Magang is China's largest iron and steel joint enterprise,the largest industrial enterprise in Anhui Province,and has gradually formed its own unique competitive advantage in inland waterway transport and regional road transport,but Magang's logistics transport is also facing certain difficulties,the Iron and steel logistics in suzhou-wuxi-changhang area is over-dependent on inland river transportation,which will be affected by the comprehensive renovation of the wharf by the state,resulting in a series of problems such as delay in transportation.In this paper,the route optimization of iron and steel logistics with three transportation modes of iron,water and highway is carried out by optimizing the route of multi-modal transportation in suxi-changhang area of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,the research has theoretical and practical significance.First,the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of transportation in the Magang(Group)Holding Company,Wuxi and Changhang region.Secondly,according to the actual demand of the enterprise,the lowest cost and the shortest time is the transportation goal,the cost considers the transportation expense,the trans-transportation expense and the transportation carbon emission tax,as well as the shipping flood season produces the unexpected cost.Considering the transportation time,the transit time and the waiting time caused by the fixed service time of iron and water transportation,the multimodal transportation route optimization model is established.Then,0-1 integer programming is used to solve the problem,and the optimal transportation result is obtained.Finally,according to the ideal situation,the shipping season,the ship lock is busy,the speed is reduced and the railway freight rate is floating,the optimized result is analyzed,and the optimal route and the transportation mode under the five conditions are given.In this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)according to the actual transportation problems in the Magang(Group)Holding Company area,reasonable transportation schemes can be obtained under different conditions by analyzing the relevant factors according to the specific situation;(2)splitting the nodes according to different transportation modes and transforming the objective function and constraints of the multimodal transportation route optimization model can reduce the difficulty of solving the model;(3)considering the influence of wharf improvement in the model construction,more in line with the development trend of green steel logistics.This paper can provide a specific transport scheme for steel logistics enterprises to achieve the transport objectives of cost reduction and efficiency increase.
