With the continuous development of our country's economy,coal production has become one of the top in the world,and most of the mining equipment has been made domestically.Among them,the scraper conveyor is one of the key equipment,which is responsible for the transportation of materials and is the walking track and hydraulic support of the coal mining machine.The function of moving fulcrum is indispensable due to its harsh working environment and complex forces,but its good adaptability,high collaboration,and low requirements for the surrounding environment of work make it indispensable,and the reliability of the scraper conveyor is very important.In actual work and operation,the cargo load of the scraper conveyor is constantly changing,and the frequent start-up is mostly with load.The power balance and overload protection problems of the traction motor are becoming more and more prominent,so the load characteristics of the scraper conveyor are studied.And mechanical characteristics,the establishment of a parameterized model,and the development of a scraper conveyor traction motor selection software to guide the design of the scraper conveyor is of great significance.This article mainly analyzes the mechanical characteristics of the scraper conveyor and the establishment of the traction motor selection software.The mechanical characteristics analysis mainly includes the statics analysis and the dynamics characteristic analysis.The statics research includes the coal pile in the middle trough of the scraper conveyor during the advancing process.The resistance caused by the resistance and the bending section force,the analysis of the safety factor of the chain,the dynamic characteristics of the chain drive system through the analysis of the viscoelastic conditions,the choice of the viscoelastic properties of the Kelvin-Voigt model to establish a discretized chain drive system finite element model,The discretized parameters in the transmission system are studied and calculated.After discretization,the concentrated mass parameters,stiffness coefficient parameters,and resistance parameters of the discrete unit of the chain are discretized,until the resistance parameters of the scraper conveyor transmission system are studied,and a parameterized mathematical model is established.This paper develops traction motor selection software based on the establishment of parameterized mathematical models.The established traction motor selection software is based on Matlab software.The software contains the GUI programming function of the callback function to design the selection software of the scraper conveyor traction motor.Graphical user interface,set the interface window by the relevant parameter setting,realize the power data of the traction motor.Through the numerical simulation analysis of the data results obtained by the software,the influence of some parameters on the power of the traction motor was analyzed,and the rationality of the selection software of the traction motor of the scraper conveyor was verified,and the expected purpose was achieved.Figure[34]Table[6]Reference[67]...
