Preparation Of Antioxidant Fermentation Products Of Ganoderma Lucidum And Its Application In Cosmetics

Ganoderma lucidum is a kind of precious edible and medicinal fungus in our country,which has a variety of active substances,has a wide range of clinical applications,enhanced skin metabolism and other aspects.Researches on Ganoderma lucidum are few researches on the development of cosmetics.In this paper,the application of Ganoderma lucidum fermentation products in cosmetics was studied.Taking antioxidant activity as the index and liquid fermentation as the preparation technology,various technologies were optimized to improve the antioxidant activity of fermentation products,and the preparation of products was taken as a cosmetic raw material to explore the feasibility of its application in cosmetics.The main results are as follows:1.Taking the scavenging capacity of hydrogen peroxide(H₂O₂)and superoxide anion(O₂^-)free radicals of mycelium extract and fermentation liquid as indicators,the G0149 strain was selected from the bacteria of Ganoderma lucidum in the laboratory.The IC₅₀ value of the mycelium extract for scavenging hydrogen peroxide(H₂O₂)and superoxide anion(O₂^-)free radicals was 4.02%and 22.31%.The IC₅₀ value of removing hydrogen peroxide(H₂O₂)and superoxide anion(O₂^-)radical was 0.0834mg/m L and 2.297mg/m L respectively.2.The effects of Glycine,Naphthoacetic acid,Anhydrous calcium chloride,Cordyceps sinensis furfural extract,Linoleic acid and Vitamin B₁ on the scavenging capacity of Hydrogen peroxide(H₂O₂)and superoxide anion(O₂^-)free radicals in G0149 fermentation broth and mycelium extract were investigated.The results showed that when 1mg/L vitamin B₁,1g/L cordyceps sinensis bran extract,0.8g/L linoleic acid and 0.5550g/L calcium ions were added to the culture medium.3.The influence of the amount of air in the culture of G0149 fermentation tank on the antioxidant capacity of the fermentation liquid and the mycelium extract was investigated.Taking the antioxidant capacity of the fermentation liquid as the index,the suitable fermentation cycle of G0149 bacteria was determined to be 7 days.4.The preparation process of raw materials for Ganoderma lucidum cosmetics was determined as follows:homogenate the fermentation liquid and mycelium,centrifuge at9500rpm for 30min at 4?,filter the supernatant with press cloth to obtain liquid type raw materials,and obtain solid type raw materials after freeze-drying.The main components,efficacy evaluation and application of the cosmetic efficacy raw materials of Ganoderma lucidum were analyzed.The recommended amount for cosmetics is 15%.
