With the continuous progress of science and technology,the advantages of metal3 D printing gradually appear,and the industry has developed rapidly in recent years.However,with the rapid development of high-quality metal materials suitable for 3D printing,most metal powder materials projects show problems such as tight construction period,difficult cost control and difficult control of safety and quality risks.This paper takes 3D printing metal powder materials as the research object,extracts the risk factors of metal powder materials project,and forms the risk evaluation index system of metal powder materials by means of expert investigation and collection and classification.Identify the possible risk factors in the process of project development,form a risk identification list and build an index evaluation system.On this basis,the risk evaluation model of 3D printing metal powder material project is established,the weight of each index is determined,and the comprehensive evaluation is carried out by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,under the guidance of the selection principle of risk response strategy,according to the index risk indicated by the risk evaluation results,targeted response measures are formulated from the perspectives of cost,quality,delay and safety.(1)The established risk evaluation index system includes 4 primary indexes: cost risk,quality risk,delay risk and safety risk,and 15 secondary indexes.This paper uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each secondary index and primary index,and calculates the comprehensive weight of the secondary index for the evaluation goal.This paper establishes two membership evaluation criteria of each index risk,and constructs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of 3D printing metal powder material project risk.(2)This paper makes an empirical study on the risk evaluation and prevention and control of a project by using the established method.The evaluation results show that the 3D printing metal powder material project is of low risk level.Among them,under criteria B1 and B2,the evaluation results of "cost" risk indicators are higher risk and lower risk respectively.The results corresponding to "quality" risk indicators are medium risk."Delay" risk indicators are high risk and medium risk respectively."Safety" risk indicators are low risk.(3)For each risk related factors,fully consider the conclusion,put forward corresponding measures.The results of this thesis provide a certain reference for the risk evaluation and management of the 3D printing metal powder material project of Xuzhou East China Construction Machinery Company,and can provide a certain reference for the risk management of the 3D printing metal powder material project.
