As the core equipment of comprehensive mechanized coal mining,mine scraper conveyor is not only the key component of underground coal transportation system,but also the key equipment of "three machines" in fully mechanized mining face.With the rapid development of machinery manufacturing industry,the mechanized production of coal mining puts forward higher requirements for the design of transportation equipment such as scraper conveyor.The scraper chain drive system is the most critical part of the scraper conveyor,and its stress characteristics directly affect the conveying capacity and working efficiency of the scraper conveyor.Therefore,based on the finite element analysis,this paper will carry out the stress analysis and optimization design of the overall structure of the scraper conveyor and the key components such as chain and sprocket.The specific research work is as follows:(1)Taking the overall structure of scraper conveyor as the research object,the finite element model of the overall structure of scraper conveyor is established.Through the stress analysis of the scraper conveyor structure,it is concluded that the stress of the scraper conveyor structure under different working conditions of installation and operation meets the strength conditions,but the stress of the structure under dynamic working conditions is large;Through the optimization analysis of the structural size scheme,it is found that the load uniformity of the scraper conveyor is better and the stress is safer;Through the optimization analysis of the overall structure of the scraper conveyor,the scraper conveyor realizes the lightweight.(2)Taking the local key components of scraper conveyor as the research object,the finite element model of local substructure is established,and the stress analysis and structural optimization design of local key components are carried out.The results show that the stress and strain are mainly concentrated in the contact position between the meshing end link and the ring chain when the ring chain is in meshing contact with the sprocket;Optimize the structure of the ring chain and sprocket,determine different optimization variables,design different optimization schemes,and finally come to the conclusion that scheme 1 is the optimal scheme.(3)Taking the nonlinear buckling analysis as the research method,the stability of the overall structure of the scraper conveyor is analyzed.Considering the practical problems such as structural nonlinearity and structural defects,in this paper,through the finite element analysis,the arc length method is introduced in the calculation,the load applied to the scraper conveyor is continuously increased,and finally the critical buckling load of the overall structure is obtained,which is of great significance for practical application.
