As a major power of coal resources in our country,coal is still as railway is given priority to,but most of the coal lines in silo as the main means of loading,and the private coal silo operation safety directly affect the efficiency of coal transport,so the study of the security of private coal silo homework is very necessary.After analyzing the operation process system of coal special wire silo operation,the silo operation is divided into three subsystems,such as the loading station subsystem,dust suppression equipment,antifreeze subsystem,and car loading system,and the three subsystems are related to each other,and when any one of the systems has quality problems,it will affect the safety of the silo operation,and through the risk analysis of the three subsystems,the safety assessment index of the structure is formed by the three levels of the target layer,the standard layer and the index layer according to the characteristics of each system.Because the factors affecting the loading system are many and complex,it is necessary to establish an accident tree model to evaluate its safety.According to the safety evaluation index system framework of the loading station subsystem in the operation of the coal special pipeline silo,after mining and analyzing the influencing factors affecting the safety of the loading station subsystem and its internal reasons,the evaluation index system framework is converted into a Bayesian network model,and the prior probability value of the subnode can be obtained after the design questionnaire calculation,and injected into the Bayesian network modeling software Ge Nie,and through the selection of parameters from the Bayesian network modeling,the corresponding relationship is established,that is,mapping,completing parameter learning,And finally,the Bayesian network modeling is used to obtain the conditional probability value of the remaining nodes,and the safety status of the station subsystem of the study is evaluated according to the principle of maximum membership,and finally the Bayesian network model evaluation result is set to re-enter the software for reverse verification analysis.Finally,the constructed Bayesian network model is verified by using the east open-pit coal special wire silo operation as an example.The result obtained by model inference is that the security level is "medium",that is,relatively safe.The reverse inference verification analysis of the obtained results confirms that the safety evaluation results obtained by bayesian network model are in line with the requirements.Through bayesian network model,the key factors affecting silo operation safety can be found out.The results can not only provide a basis for safety management decision,but also provide guidance for operators to avoid risks and ensure operation safety.
