With the development of my country's mining development,urban construction,transportation engineering and other infrastructure undertakings,the demand for mine tires is increasing.Mine tire is a type of tire with obvious functionality,which is known for being used in harsh road conditions such as mines and gravel,and taking into account the bearing capacity of tire.The wear resistance of the tread of mine tires is higher than that of ordinary tires,and the pattern blocks are much larger than ordinary tires,and the quality of the tread formula is directly related to the service life of mine tires.Mine Tire Tread compound should have comprehensive properties of anti-gnawing,wear resistance,anti-piercing and anti-aging.This paper studied the influence of the amount of styrene-butadiene rubber SBR1500(SBR1500),carbon black,white carbon black,sulfur,accelerator CZ,dispersant,antireversion agent,anti-tear resin and other components on the performance of mine tread rubber,based on the use characteristics of mine tires,the characteristics of tread formula research and market research,according to the basic principles of tire rubber formulation design,starting from the raw rubber system,reinforcement system,vulcanization system and functional additives application,etc.And optimize the formula.The optimal dosage of the optimized system is: 85 parts of natural rubber,15 parts of SBR1500,45 parts of carbon black N234,10 parts of silica,2 parts of dispersant FS-97,1 part of anti-reversion agent WK901,4 parts of anti-tear Cracking resin RT260.After optimization,the overall performance of the mine tread rubber has been significantly improved.The tensile strength,tear strength,elongation at break,cutting volume loss,and aging resistance are all significantly improved,and the fatigue temperature rise and relative volume wear are reduced.The quality of mine tires is greatly improved compared with before,and the service life is extended.It can be used for more than 6 months under extremely harsh and overloaded conditions,which is equivalent to well-known competitive brand mine tires in the industry.Successfully opened up the market in the southwest region,and finally carried out normal mass production,which not only won praise from customers,but also obtained substantial benefits for the company.
