Talent has always played an important role in the development of enterprises as the basis of competition between enterprises.With the goal of becoming a leader in the oil and gas storage and transportation industry,company A has always taken a serious attitude to talent training.Company A hopes to train more talents for the company through efficient training management to meet the recent strategic upgrading plan.In recent years,the rapid development of the new economic era has contributed to the formation of the grand occasion of many enterprises in our country,what is worrying is that behind the vigorous development is the survival of the fittest among enterprises.Under the situation of market competition became more and more intense,company A realized that they should improve their quality of employee and attach importance to employee training if they want to gain more competitiveness.Because most of the enterprises in our country start late and lack experience in employee training,this has resulted in many problems in the training of technical employees in Company A,and at the same time,the estimated training effect cannot be achieved.Therefore,for Company A,it is urgent to develop the training of technical staff.In terms of content,first of all,this paper analyzes the relevant training theory about this research,and sort out the relevant research on the training management of technical personnel.On the basis of this,we analyzed the training needs,training curriculum,training teachers and training evaluation by combining the questionnaire survey of technicians with the theory of demographic variables.Company A mainly has the following problems:(1)Formalization of training needs;(2)Simplification of training and teaching;(3)Simplification of training and teaching teams;(4)The training and evaluation work is not well done.The reasons are as follows:(1)The management of the company did not pay enough attention to the training needs;(2)The training content of technical staff was single;(3)The training content of technical staff was single;(4)The training of technical staff was not accurately positioned;(5)No Complete training evaluation work link.Based on the above analysis of the technical staff training problems and causes,combining the relevant theories and the characteristics of technical staff,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for improving staff training:(1)Carry out hierarchical and systematic analysis of training needs;(2)Develop the training mode suitable for technicians;(3)Establish an efficient assessment and evaluation system;(4)Refinement management training process and build an organizational system about "learning".At the same time,in order to optimize the strategy so that it can be successfully implemented,we propose the implementation guarantee of the optimization strategy from the following perspectives,including increasing the emphasis on training by senior managers and managers of various departments,improving training management guarantee measures,shaping a "learning" corporate culture,continuously optimize the career development channels of employees and other perspectives.
