As we all know, the textile printing and dyeing industry is one of the most serious water consumption and environmental pollution industries in China's traditional industries. With the national goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization, textile ecological technology has developed rapidly. Many researchers have developed various new technologies to accelerate the speed of wet processing of textiles, improve mass transfer efficiency, reduce energy consumption and improve the quality of textiles.Among them, ultrasonic technology has been widely used in textile dyeing and finishing because of its excellent physical characteristics. However, there is no systematic analysis and Research on the application of ultrasonic technology in dyeing and finishing pretreatment and the final industrial application has been realized. Therefore, based on the actual production process in the factory, this paper will introduce ultrasonic technology to systematically explore the application of ultrasonic in desizing, scouring and post-treatment of printing / dyeing soaping.During the experiment, the "grafting" method was mainly used to explore the influence of ultrasonic technology on the continuous pretreatment of cotton fabric(including desizing and scouring)and the soaping process of printing / dyeing with reactive dyes. The main research contents include exploring the relationship between ultrasound and amylase activity and the effect of ultrasound on the desizing effect of enzyme starch in one bath. The results show that after the introduction of ultrasonic wave, the removal amount of size on the fabric can be increased in the pre washing stage, and the subsequent desizing burden can be reduced; After pretreatment with ultrasonic and amylase, the activity of amylase decreased obviously,so the pretreatment method should not be used in the desizing process; However, the ultrasonic wave is directly applied to the desizing tank for enzyme desizing. The results show that it can significantly improve the desizing efficiency, reduce the treatment temperature, and achieve the purpose of saving energy. The following works were also studied in this paper, including the influence of the change of surfactant micelle behavior on the wetting / permeability of fabrics under the action of ultrasound, the influence of ultrasound on the adsorption behavior of alkali in the scouring solution on fabrics, and the influence of ultrasonic parameters on the scouring effect. The results show that the anionic surfactant is not suitable to be treated by ultrasonic;Under the action of ultrasonic wave, the time for complete wetting of canvas with non-ionic surfactant is obviously shortened. When the frequency is 40 k Hz and the power is 1.2A,the wetting permeability is the best;As for the influence of the mass transfer of alkali agent under the action of ultrasonic, the research results show that the alkali content on the fabric has been greatly increased in any frequency band, and the greater the ultrasonic power, the more effective the mass transfer and diffusion of alkali agent.By comparing the whiteness, wool effect and evenness of the cooked fabric under the action of ultrasonic wave with different parameters, the results show that when the ultrasonic frequency is40 k Hz and the ultrasonic power is 1.2 A,the cooking effect of cotton fabric is the best. The above experimental results show that ultrasonic technology can significantly improve the dyeing and finishing effect, reduce energy consumption and reduce sewage discharge. For many printing and dyeing enterprises,it is an effective method to improve economic benefits and expand production capacity. It has broad market space and application prospects. The result can also make the natural environment more beautiful and sustainable. Therefore,it is a project worthy of further study.
