Under the background of digital protection of global intangible cultural heritage,it is found that Shu brocade weaving technique,China's intangible cultural heritage,has a great opportunity in digital protection: The first reason is that its cultural heritage is deep enough;the second reason is that its skills and inheritance have declined due to the chronological disconnection in the historical process;the third reason is that the current protection,display and dissemination methods of Shu Brocade intangible heritage are still relatively traditional.In this context,this study excavates and sorts out the elements of Shu brocade craftsmanship in the historical process.Starting from the sliding frame machine of the early Han Tomb in Laoguanshan and the early warp fabric in the development process of Shu brocade,the interactive device of Shu brocade weaving experience is designed and developed in the museum scene by comparing the traditional museum display mode.The main contents of this study include :(1)to collect and sort out the technical history of Shu brocade weaving skills,to form a knowledge base of Shu brocade weaving skills and provide theoretical and content support for interactive device design.(2)Extract the shape features of Shu Brocade loom by the method of form element extraction,and design the type of interactive device operation terminal based on the man-machine interaction operation process and man-machine size analysis.The design of the software interface of the interactive device is carried out in the way of linear narration,and the interactive process of weaving workshop scene and Shu brocade scene is determined.(3)At the technical development level,the control and output of the overall control system of the interactive device are realized with the help of Arduino and Unity engine,to achieve the overall interaction and display effect of the interactive device.(4)Set the evaluation process and evaluation index,design the index weight with the help of empirical evaluation method,and design the interactive installation display mode to compare with the traditional display mode of the museum,and preliminarily test the usability,participation,interactivity and culture of the interactive installation.This study explores the design and implementation process and test evaluation method of the software and hardware integrated interactive device based on the intangible cultural heritage of Shu brocade weaving technique.The design and development cost of the equipment is relatively low,and the development process is widely applicable,which has great reference value for the design and development of the same kind of interactive device based on the intangible cultural heritage of textile technology.
