As a functional clothing to support and protect women's breasts,bra is indispensable in women's daily clothing.With the improvement of living standards,women's demands for health and comfort in bra selection are getting higher and higher.Because there are great individual differences in breast shapes,different breast shapes correspond to different bra designs.Bra clings to human body during wearing,and the pressure it produces will also affect the wearing comfort.Unreasonable breast type classification will lead to the mismatch between bra and breast,thus affecting the wearing comfort of bra.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to extract the data representing women's breast shapes,reasonably classify the types of breast shapes,analyze the influence of bras on the pressure comfort of different breasts,put forward the improvement scheme of bra parameters suitable for different breast shapes,and evaluate its effect.The main contents and conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The anthropometric data related to breast shape of 110 young women aged 18?25years were collected by three-dimensional body scanning technology,and the related breast shapes were clustered by K-means clustering analysis method.The results showed that it was most appropriate to divide the breast shape of young women into six categories,with a coverage rate of 99.04%.(2)The wearing comfort of young women's bras was investigated by questionnaire,the underwear selection preference of young women was analyzed,the main factors affecting the wearing pressure comfort of young women's bras were explored,and the pressure comfort of women with different breast types in four different parts,such as shoulder,breast,back and armpit,was compared.It was found that three of the six types of breast types had poor comfort in shoulder,two in breast and one in armpit.(3)The pressure distribution of experimental subjects with different breast shapes when wearing underwear was simulated by CLO 3D software,and the stress of four different parts of each breast shape was analyzed.According to the distribution and change of pressure values in various parts,the rule of pressure affected by bra state was explored.Through subjective evaluation,the subjective comfort of bra wearing is analyzed and compared with objective evaluation.Objective stress analysis shows that the fuller the breast shape,the bigger the stress.Comparing subjective and objective pressures,it is found that there is a significant negative correlation between pressure and comfort,that is,the bigger the pressure,the worse the comfort.From this,the pressure comfort range of four parts is deduced,which provides theoretical basis for improving bra comfort.(4)According to the pressure comfort range of the four parts and the parts to be improved,the corresponding improvement schemes are put forward for different breast types,and the improvement effect is verified by the real-life try-on evaluation and follow-up investigation,and the best scheme is selected by comparing the schemes.The best improvement scheme for different breast shapes is: the appropriate bra shoulder strap width for women with normalextended-no sagging breast type,flat-normal-no sagging breasts and plump-sagging breasts should be greater than 1.5cm,and increasing the width of bra shoulder strap can improve the shoulder comfort of all breast types.;normal-normal-no sagging breast type are suitable for bras with small axillary height,and the axillary height of 8.5cm is comfortable and reducing the height of bra armpit can improve the comfort of armpit of all breast types.Women with flat-outward expansion-no sagging breast are suitable for high-heart bras,when the heart width of the bra is 1.2cm and the height is 6cm,the comfort is great.The breast comfort of all breast types can be improved by selecting the ratio of chicken hearts corresponding to the breast spacing and breast fullness.Plump-no sagging breasts type are suitable for full-cup bras.Selecting a cup that can wrap the protruding part of the breast can improve the breast comfort of all breast types.The research results of this topic can provide some reference for women to choose bras and enterprises to design bras.
