Hollow sheet three-dimensional fabric composites are widely used in aerospace,transportation and other fields because of their light weight,high lightness,high modulus,corrosion resistance,high temperature resistance and other performance characteristics.According to the requirement of replacing the traditional steel skeleton and cement as a prefabricated wall,this project designs and manufactures a hollow sheet three-dimensional fabric composite material with high bending strength and impact resistance,which overcomes the traditional architectural wall.It has very good economic and social value due to the disadvantages of waste of resources,environmental pollution,easy cracking,poor mechanical properties,and low impact damage tolerance.In this project,ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene is selected as the fiber raw material,layer-by-layer orthogonality is used as the basic structure,the creel is used to send the warp and the weft insertion method of "warp and weft" is introduced.The hollow sheet three-dimensional fabric preforms with different beam heights and different panel thicknesses were successfully woven.The vacuum-assisted resin transfer molding technology(VARTM)was used to compound the hollow sheet three-dimensional fabric preforms.The ratio of resin to curing agent was 10:3,and the curing time was 7 hours.The low-speed impact test,bending test and failure morphology analysis of the composite hollow sheet three-dimensional fabric composite material were carried out.The experimental results show that with the increase of the beam height of the composite material,the impact resistance of the composite material is better,and the effect of bearing the impact force is better.Good;with the increase of the thickness of the composite material panel,the better the impact resistance of the composite material,the better the effect of bearing the impact force;the same beam height and the same panel thickness,50 J than 30 J,the effect of the composite material bearing force is better.With the increase of the beam height of the composite material,the better the composite material bears the bending force,the more energy it absorbs;as the thickness of the composite material panel increases,the better the composite material bears the bending force,and the more energy it absorbs.
