| The aging situation in China is becoming more and more serious,and the clothing market for elderly people is gradually expanding.At present,the market for elderly clothing is developing slowly relative to that of youth clothing.With the improvement of the socio-economic level,middleaged and elderly people have put forward higher demands for the quality,comfort,and aesthetics of clothing,and there are vacancies in the corresponding mid-to-high-end market.The development of the clothing market is closely related to the research on clothing for this group.The existing research on clothing and prototypes for middle-aged and elderly women is based on basic anthropometric measurements and analysis,which translates into a certain loss of precision when adjusting the clothing structure.At the same time,it is constrained by funds and manpower,and often has regional restrictions.This study analyzed 207 elderly women's anthropometric data samples aged 50-65 to obtain the distribution and typical characteristics of elderly women.Cluster analysis was used to explore the classification of middle-aged and elderly women's body types,and propose a body type classification method based on chest-hip difference and front and back waist difference.Factor analysis was used to explore the main factors affecting body type differences.Correlation analysis was used to explore the influence of BMI index and body type classification on body type characteristics,and initially explore the correlation between human body size.Regression analysis was used to establish the functional relationship between human body characteristic data.Combining the results of regression analysis and the structural characteristics of Donghua Basic Block 2020,the first basic block of elderly women's tops is constructed.Through the sample modification experiment,61 women aged 50-65 from Shandong and Shanghai were selected,and the basic block suitable for the individual was obtained through the modification of the sample.After data analysis of the modified data,the modification of the first basic block of elderly women was completed,and the Older women's tops basic block was established.Using the B-body intermediate data obtained by anthropometric measurements,adjust its built-in parameter manset in the Vstitcher virtual fitting software to obtain the B-body intermediate virtual mannequin for elderly women.A real-life dress verification experiment was used to verify the rationality of the garment basic block modification from the perspectives of subjective and objective evaluation,and a virtual dress verification experiment was used to test the suitability of elderly women's tops basic block compared with Donghua Garment Basic Block 2020 for middle-aged women's body shapes,and verify the practical value of elderly women's tops basic block for making patterns of different styles of clothing.Finally,a combination of data,images,and basic block were used to describe the body characteristics of elderly women from multiple perspectives,and summarize the body shape changes of middle-aged and older women and younger women.This study explores the body shape characteristics and influencing factors of elderly women through the analysis of body shape data and the experiment of sample dress modification.It studies the body shape changes and body shape distribution of younger women from multiple angles,perfects the existing theories of elderly body shape research,and provides a reference for the establishment of clothing size for elderly people.At the same time,according to the sample modification experiment,the garment basic block of elderly women's tops was obtained,which expands the scope of Donghua Garment Basic Block research,and has reference significance for subsequent elderly basic block and model research.This study obtained the elderly female intermediate virtual mannequin,which is a elderly clothing product development provides reference to reduce the blindness of enterprises in making garments. |
