With the rapid development of railway transportation industry and garment industry in China,more and more people attach importance to railway uniforms.The wearing comfort and aesthetics of professional uniforms are of great importance to stewardesses.However,there is still room for improvement in structure of “15 style” high speed train stewardess' s upper uniform.Thus,the concept of “optimal design” is introduced by analyzing the research status of professional uniform and suit design at home and abroad.In order to improve the wearing comfort and aesthetics of high speed train stewardess' s upper uniform,and provide a certain reference for railway uniform design,the structural optimization design is carried out on the basis of the existing ready-made uniform.Firstly,“15 style” high speed train stewardess' s upper uniform is disassembled and rubbed.Using ET drawing software,the pattern of the uniform is reversely derived by proportion drawing method and replica samples.Secondly,the deficiencies of sample No.0 are summarized and the reasons are discussed,through the subjective evaluation experiment of wearing comfort,evaluation experiment of wrinkles,and the measurement experiment of skin deformation.On this basis,the optimization design ideas are proposed.Thirdly,according to the optimization design principle of clothing structure,specific optimization design schemes are proposed from the body and sleeve parts,and implemented.The test is repeated three times according to the order of drawing patterns,sewing samples,trying on and adjusting patterns.At the same time,the appearance style and wearing comfort of samples are compared before and after optimization.In aesthetic evaluation,the front,side and back of four samples are evaluated.In addition,horizontal section of chest circumference of four samples are extracted by using non-contact 3D body scanner and reverse engineering software Geomagic Studio.By observing the curvature comb of the section,the stress of the sleeve fabric of four samples was evaluated.Fourthly,Mann-Whitney U test is used to study the influence of movement factors on wearing comfort.Correlation analysis,regression analysis,one-way ANOVA and multiple comparison test are used to research the influence of structural factors on wearing comfort.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the optimal design schemes,AHP method is used to comprehensively evaluate the comfort and aesthetics of four samples.The optimization design schemes proposed in this paper are feasible.The paper pattern of high speed train stewardess' s upper uniform obtained after three times of optimization design not only conforms to the principle,but also meets the demand of upper arm movement.Moreover,the comfort and aesthetics of uniform are effectively improved.Particularly,this paper provides data support for the development of railway uniform and has certain guiding significance for the industrial production of railway uniform.
