Abstract/Summary:
Under the background of "glorious labor and precious skills",China’s secondary vocational education has also ushered in the spring of development,but if we want to make great strides forward,we need to solve many problems in the current secondary vocational education in curriculum teaching.As an important system design for the reform and development of vocational education,vocational skill competition plays an important role in promoting the teaching reform,testing and improving the teaching quality of secondary vocational education.This study is based on the perspective of competition,relying on the specific course of catering service and management in secondary vocational schools,using the research methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis,normative and empirical analysis,to investigate the current teaching situation of catering service and management in secondary vocational schools,supplemented by the investigation of the relevant situation of competition.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the investigation results,it is clear that It is sure that there are some problems in the aspects of the subject’s happiness,the scope of the teaching objectives,the thickness of the teaching contents,the validity of the teaching methods,the depth of the teaching evaluation and the measurement of the teaching resources.After that,according to the in-depth study of the rules and relevant documents of the hotel professional skills competition,the paper summarizes the role of the competition in the teaching reform of the catering course in secondary vocational school,that is,the design of the competition task,leading the development of professional construction;the competition task standard,promoting the upgrading of the course teaching content;the competition task activity,promoting the common progress of teachers and students in "teaching and learning together".Therefore,with the help of the function of the competition summarized above on the teaching reform of the catering course in secondary vocational school,the reform path is proposed to solve the current cateringservice in secondary vocational school from the aspects of the pleasure of the course teaching subject,the breadth of the course teaching objective,the thickness of the course teaching content,the validity of the course teaching method,the depth of the course teaching evaluation and the quality of the course teaching conditions In order to achieve the goal of promoting learning,innovation,reform,teaching,evaluation and construction by competition,there are some problems in the teaching of business and management.
