Research On Layout Optimization In FJS-Company's Warehouse Of Tire Finished Goods

Under the condition of new market economy, by means of storaging material,sorting, processing and packaging, reverse logistics and oter functions of warehouse,which improve economic effectiveness and social benefits. From the perspective of modern logistics management, the warehouse is as the core of the storage system,whether the warehouse area layout is scientific or not has become a key factor to efficiency improve. Therefore, the warehouse layout design and and optimization research has broad application prospects.This paper chooses FJS-Company as the research object. Firstly, based on the analysis and summary of this researches in related areas, this paper elaborates the theory of systematic layout planning and the methods of genetic algorithms; Secondly,analyse the status of process, situation and management, summarize the existing problems and put forward the proposal; Then, based on the theory of SLP, through the original data of the warehouse and the relations between each operation department to conduct a comprehensive analysis. Got two initial layout plans in the warehouse of FJS company which integrated plant actual area, shape and other factors. Evaluating two initial layout plans with application of Weight Grade Method, according to the selected evaluation factors. At the same time, make full use of the initial data to get the total carrying amount under two initial layout plans and choose the better one. In the end, optimazing the layout plan based on GA to improve its operability, building mathematical model to reduce the total carrying amount, operating the initial population with coding, selection, crossover and mutation to get the best population.In the end, sove it with Matlab.Though the research on layout optimization in FJS-Company,s warehouse of tire finished goods, which obtained the result that the use of a systematic approachcombined with genetic aigorithm is feasible in solving the warehouse layout planning,the research methods will provide some useful references for other enterprises.
