| Urban railway transit,as one of the most important foundations,plays an indispensable role to make the city become vigor and prosperity.In “Shanghai Master Plan 2016-2040”,the government aims to further the influence of the public transport priority and green transport.But,contrary to the better vision,how to balance the development and the safety of the urban rail transit under the constrain of population,resource and environment,becomes a vital problem to the government and the enterprises.Based on the theories and studies of home and abroad,this paper found in urban railway transit’s safety guard,preserving before event is more effective than dissolving after the event.So,this paper studied the theories of quality control management and safety management,in order to find a way which can alarm the operator before the fault event had occurred.During the research,this paper notices there are several fault events can influence the safety of urban railway transit,which including: vehicle fault,signal control fault,power supply system fault,etc.Therefore,this paper selects 442 pieces of fault information of Shanghai Metro and uses principal component analysis to make further research,after that,this paper knows the vehicle fault is the most vital event and chooses vehicle event as the further study object.At the same time,based on the application of statistical process control,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper constructs a safety and quality monitoring model to help the operators grasp the developing process of the fault event.In the course of this safety and quality monitoring model research,fault frequentness and fault severity are two main factors.Among them,the fault frequentness is decided by the faults’ occurrence times and detection level,the fault severity is decided by the faults’ time,location and perniciousness.All these factors can be calculated from the dates when the fault occurred.At the end,this paper applies the 661 pieces of vehicle event in Line 10,Shanghai Metro as an example to the safety and quality monitoring model.After date collection,expert consultation and model calculation,this paper got the upper and lower control limit of the vehicle event in Line 10,Shanghai Metro.This upper control limit not only can help the operators discover which machines or processes are in danger status,but also can urge the operators seek prevention measures.In addition,this safety and quality monitoring model also can applied in other fault events,other lines and other city.All those applications will promote the urban railway transportation become more safety and effective. |
