Research On The Impact Of Urban Green Innovation Strategy On The Operating Performance Of Listed Companies

With the promotion of green economy and the comprehensive development of environmental governance,green,sustainable development and ecological civilization construction have been incorporated into the national overall planning strategy.In the country’s overall development,under the influence of the inner cities began to targeted formulate regional development strategy,one of the most obvious one is green development strategy and innovation driven strategy,for the enterprise to bring the environmental risk also provides innovative opportunities at the same time,so the article in view of the city green innovation strategy and internal connection of business performance were studied.By reading lots of literature,first of all with innovation theory,stakeholder theory and based on the theory of performance evaluation and puts forward six research hypotheses of this article,the second from the city of green innovation of technological innovation in regional differences,grade differences and company industry difference data statistics and analyses,finally to build the overall data on urban green innovation,technology innovation and business performance of listed companies between the three variables regression model,has carried on the empirical test,to analysis the internal relation between the variables.The following conclusions are drawn from the study :(1)there is a large gap in green innovation efficiency and technological innovation efficiency between cities,which is mainly reflected in the interregional(eastern and central and western cities)and urban development level(first-tier,second-tier,third-tier,fourth-tier and fifth-tier cities).(2)there is a large gap in the level of technological innovation in various industries.Compared with other industries,there are more companies with high technological innovation efficiency in information transmission,software and information technology services.(3)the implementation degree of urban green innovation strategy will have a positive impact on business performance through enterprise technological innovation.(4)both urban green innovation strategy and enterprise technological innovation will produce lag effect on corporate performance.Based on the above conclusions,Suggestions for improvement are put forward from the perspective of government and enterprises.The government should pay attention to urban green innovation to narrow the gap in urban development.Enterprises should attach importance to urban development strategy,intensify technological innovation,pay attention to long-term performance and seek long-term development.
