Research On Improvement Of R Airline Flight Safety Performance Management System

Safety is the cornerstone of the development of civil aviation.In recent years,one of the main causes of civil aviation unsafe incidents are crew behaviors.As the most important part of air transportation system,how to guarantee flight safety have a direct effect on improving the safety operation of airlines and reducing the unsafe incidents caused by crew.It directly determines the SMS management level of airlines.In order to ensure flight safety,nationwide countries are innovating management methods and improving safety management.In recent years,the Civil Aviation Administration has vigorously promoted safety performance management,and issued a policy that airlines shall implement safety responsibility system and continue to carry out effective safety performance management.In summary,how to combine flight safety and safety performance for efficient and orderly operation is the innovative way to promote safety management.Taking R airline as an example,the thesis researches the relevant theories and documents of safety performance,safety management,performance management,finding out the current existing problems of flight operation safety performance management system of R airlines by deeply analyzing it,and analyzing the causes for these problems.To solve the problem,the thesis uses PDCA cycle theory combined with performance management to improve the flight safety performance management system of R airline from four aspects: performance goal setting,performance implementation and process monitoring,performance evaluation,performance feedback and result application.Finally,from the aspects of index design improvement,system construction support,personnel training,communication,policy and cultural support,the thesis propose a methods that be able to ensure the implementation of flight safety performance management system of R airline and ensure it can continuously improving the system to eventually help the company’s flight safety performance management system to fully play its role.
