Study On Emergency Management Of Production Safety In Township Organizations

The township government’s emergency management of production safety is the fundamental guarantee for China’s grass-roots economic and social development.Its management level is directly related to the stability of social order.With the further improvement of the level of economic and social development,the pressure of township governments on safety emergency management is also increasing day by day.Reducing the occurrence of various types of safety accidents and how to successfully handle various types of disaster accidents have become a top priority.The township and sub-district government is at the end of the government ’s public power.From the comprehensive analysis of various accidents,it is not difficult to see that the ability of the township and village government to deal with various disaster accidents is directly related to economic development and the stability of social order.At present,various basic theoretical studies on strengthening emergency management by governments at all levels in China are mainly concentrated in universities and scientific research institutions,and lack of more targeted,basic,and operable theoretical research.Because there are few theoretical studies on township safety production emergency management,and repeated demonstrations have not been carried out with township practice,the practicality of its theory is limited.With the deepening of the current institutional reforms and the new requirements in the new era,the research on emergency management of township governments after institutional reforms is of great significance.This article takes the grassroots township government safety production emergency management system as the research object,and intends to promote the development of the township government safety production emergency management through the theory and practical application of township safety production emergency management.First of all,it is necessary to deeply analyze the relevant theories of work safety emergency management and apply these theories to the actual township government work safety emergency management.Secondly,taking the current emergency management level of three townships in County G as an example,the status quo of emergency management of township safety production is comprehensively reviewed,and the emergency management of township governments is discussed from the following aspects,namely,the preparation of emergency plans,team building,Rescue and so on.Thirdly,it comprehensively analyzes the problems that township safety production emergency rescue and emergency treatment cannot meet the requirements of economic development and population growth,the unclear definition of responsibilities of relevant departments,the formalization of emergency plans,the simplification of emergency drills,and the transition of emergency rescue.Finally,we can propose countermeasures and measures based on the problems summarized above,further optimize and reform the township government’s emergency management system for production safety,and propose the following countermeasures: First,strengthen the township government’s daily safety management,and regularly Supervise production to effectively reduce the probability of safety accidents;Second,strengthen the theoretical research and technical upgrading of township safety production emergency management,enhance the ability to manage hidden dangers;Third,establish and improve the early warning system for township safety production accident emergency management,and enhance accident emergency response Speed;Fourth,improve the emergency rescue system and system by clarifying the role of emergency rescue at the township level;Fifth,strengthen the emergency management level of the township government,and work hard from emergency material reserves and basic guarantees;Sixth,improve the emergency plan Write and carry out effective emergency drills to improve emergency rescue capabilities.This paper hopes that through the study of emergency management in the process of township government safety production,it can provide useful reference experience for the continuous development of township government emergency management,improve the township government’s emergency management capacity for production safety,and also effectively improve the overall safety emergency management of township areas The level meets the requirements of the society in the new era for the economic development of township areas and the basic needs of the grassroots people for the management of public services at the grassroots level.
