With the rapid development of society and economy,due to the impact of energy consumption and human activities,a large number of greenhouse gas emissions have caused the greenhouse effect to become more and more serious.The research direction of carbon emissions has become the focus of research and attention by many scholars at home and abroad.Land carries all human activities.The energy consumption of human society,industrial and agricultural production,industrial layout and other activities are inseparable from the land.The carbon dioxide absorbed by the natural process of land is almost equivalent to one-third of global fossil fuel and industrial carbon dioxide emissions.Therefore,the study of land use change and the change trend of carbon emissions,analysis the impact of land use carbon emission efficiency on land use has reference value for land use planning and low-carbon land use,and it is also of practical significance to the sustainable development of social economy and ecological environment.Based on the research of many scholars at home and abroad,this paper uses the second national land survey data,the land change survey data of Jilin Province,energy consumption data and socioeconomic data to analyze the land-use spatio-temporal changes and land-use carbon emissions calculations in Jilin Province and its cities and prefectures.Research on land-use spatio-temporal changes and land-use carbon emissions calculations in Jilin Province and its cities and prefectures.The land-use spatio-temporal changes are analyzed in terms of land-use area and land-use structure,and their evolutionary laws on time and space scales are described;land use carbon emissions are measured separately from carbon sources and carbon sinks Calculate the carbon emissions to obtain the net carbon emissions from land use,and use the GIS spatial analysis method to study its spatial distribution characteristics;use the data envelopment analysis method to analyze the carbon emission efficiencies of the cities and prefectures in Jilin Province,and analyze its changes on time scale and space scale.The following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The temporal and spatial changes of land use in Jilin Province from 2009 to2016 are analyzed.In terms of land use area,the area of urban villages,industrial and mining land,transportation land,water area,and water conservancy facilities in Jilin Province has increased,and the area of cultivated land,garden land,woodland,grassland and unused land has decreased.The area of urban,industrial and mining land and transportation land in the cities,prefectures of Jilin Province has increased;Except for Tonghua City,the area of grassland was unchanged.All cities and prefectures decreased;Except for Baicheng City,the area of cultivated land and woodland increased.Other cities and prefectures decreased;The area of water and water conservancy facilities in Changchun City and Baishan City has decreased,and the area of other cities and prefectures has increased;The area of unused land in Siping City,Songyuan City and Baicheng City decreased,and the area of other cities and prefectures increased.In terms of land use structure,the proportion of agricultural land and other land in Jilin Province has decreased significantly,and the proportion of construction land has increased significantly.The share of agricultural land and other land in Changchun City and Siping City decreased,and the share of construction land increased;The share of agricultural land and construction land in Baicheng City increased,and the share of other land decreased;Jilin City,Liaoyuan City,Tonghua City,Baishan City,Songyuan City and Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture have all accounted for a decrease in the proportion of agricultural land.The proportion of land and other land has increased.(2)It reveals the temporal and spatial evolution of land use carbon emissions in Jilin Province from 2009 to 2016.The net carbon emissions from land use in Jilin Province continued to increase from 2009 to 2012,and decreased continuously from2012 to 2016.The cities and prefectures with heavy land use carbon emissions are Changchun City and Siping City,the cities and prefectures with moderate land use carbon emissions include Siping City,Jilin City and Baicheng City,and the cities and prefectures with light land use carbon emissions are Siping City,Baicheng City,Jilin City,Songyuan City and Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture.The cities and prefectures with low land use carbon emissions are Liaoyuan City,Tonghua City,Baishan City,Songyuan City and Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture.(3)The carbon emission efficiency of land use in Jilin Province from 2009 to 2016 was analyzed.From 2009 to 2016,the average value of land use carbon emission efficiency in Jilin Province was 0.81,which was at the middle and upper level as a whole.From 2009 to 2016,it showed a trend of rapid decline first and then basically remained unchanged.Changchun City,Jilin City,Liaoyuan City and Songyuan City are areas with effective land-use carbon emission efficiency,Siping City is area with high land-use carbon emission efficiency,Tonghua City,Baicheng City and Baishan City are areas with medium-efficiency land-use carbon emission,Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture has the lowest carbon emission efficiency in land use.
