Climate warming has become a global environmental problem,which has attracted the attention of the international community.Greenhouse gas emissions are the main reason.Agricultural carbon emissions have become the second largest source of global greenhouse gas emissions.Reducing the carbon emissions from agricultural production activities is one of the priorities of reducing carbon emissions at this stage,which is to achieve sustainable economic,ecological and social development The only way.Under the background of low-carbon economy,this paper takes the agricultural production process of 31 provinces,cities and autonomous regions of China as the research object.Based on the determination of agricultural carbon emission sources,the agricultural carbon emissions are calculated and DEA(data envelopment)is used The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the distribution characteristics of agricultural carbon emissions are the highest in the central region,the second in the western region,and the lowest in the eastern region.According to the calculated agricultural carbon emissions,31 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in China are divided into agricultural lowcarbon emission areas,agricultural relatively low-carbon emission areas,agricultural relatively high-carbon emission areas and agricultural high-carbon emission areas.For a long time,the provinces in high-carbon emission areas include Henan,Shandong,Inner Mongolia,Heilongjiang,etc.(2)There are 10 provinces in which the evaluation of agricultural carbon emission efficiency is ineffective for a long time in China.(3)The progress rate of agricultural carbon emission efficiency is the fastest in the eastern region,the second in the central region,and the slowest in the western region.In view of the conclusions of the study and the problems found during the study,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)advocate low-carbon agriculture and improve the concept of low-carbon production of farmers.(2)We will promote cross regional exchanges and cooperation,and learn from the experience of advanced provinces in developing lowcarbon agriculture.(3)Promote the coordinated development of agricultural technology progress and technical efficiency.
